I don't think they will use the shares to raise more money. I'd expect them to use the shares to acquire another project. The cash in the company plus the value of what ever it is they RTO I'd expect to be more than 0.5p per share. It's the value of an already listed entity to an unlisted project that makes Amur valuable. A listing is not cheap, is time consuming and involved. The listing alone plus the cash in the bank would, under normal circumstances, value Amur at more than 0.5p (cash value). Since it's Amur I have a feeling it won't.

It means that they want the authority to issue up to 200m more shares if they feel the need to. Resolution 5 would give them the authority to side step the requirement in the Mem&Arts to offer any future share issue to existing PIs. Its fairly standard stuff and all/most listed AIM companies do similar so its not out of the ordinary.

I would say yes but that's just my take. If they are going to do a RTO after Kun Manie has been sold they'll need to offer the take over target something and the best thing they can offer is shares in the company.

I wouldn't necessarily jump to that conclusion. We don't know what hoops other parties had to go through to complete their deals. Furthermore yesterday's RNS was merely updating the market on something they said would be concluded by the beginning on November. They were obliged to issue that update, conclusion of the sale or otherwise.

Criticised for releasing an RNS, criticised for not releasing an RNS. Damned if you do damned if you don't.

I think with Tertiary in Zambia, a bit like their venture into Nevada, they're entering a mature environment that's been trenched, drilled and mined to death. A new comer like Tertiary magically finding something or being approached by somebody for a JV who have found something seems to me to be highly unlikely, but you never know. As you posted "...a folded environment can act as mineralisation traps ....." so they might, at long last, get lucky.

That's not quite correct. A whole series of Western companies have exited Russia and found perfectly acceptable ways of doing so. On top of that this is not the first deal Vladislav Sviblov has done during what is essentially a Russian asset fire sale. Unless he has become sanctioned in the interim I can't see this as anything other than a delay.

As for Amur's bank refusing to accept the funds from the sale I've experienced similar admittedly on a much smaller scale. I'm owed money by an entity based in Qatar but, in the interim, my bank decided to no longer accepts payments originating from Qatar. I only found that out when they were kind enough to tell me they had returned the payment. It happens.

The old "nearology" ploy is a card that's been played by junior explorers on AIM many a time. The percentage success rate with that one is even lower than the percentage copper in Tertiary's soil samples.

You need to acquaint yourself with the facts. The value of Robin's shares, based on the current deal of 1.8p per share, is about 40% of his annual salary. His salary US$316,000 (£276,000) , his shares £115,000. It's worth his while dragging this out not that I think that's what he's doing but it would certainly be worth his while.

If it takes them several months to sort this out the ensuing anger will be an awful lot less than the furore that will engulf them if it’s sorted in several days. A lot of people are going to bail out now and it will be a tough one to stomach if its sorted in short order.
