If AV is in London at the moment he should do one of these in-person presentations. That would give PIs the opportunity to grill him in more detail.

It gives you some idea of who is holding tight and who's not. PIs are usually the flighty ones but not here it would seem.

The +3% share holders pages on the Andrada web site has been updated. In what it becoming routine now they've managed to get something really simple wrong. The shares in issue is now1,838,345,719 but according to the update it either happened on the 3rd. June or the 3rd. July.

Apart from that nothing much has changed apart from shareholders being diluted by close to 10%. Directors and employees are up a bit but it looks like ACAM LP are selling. As for Canaccord its anybody's guess what's going on there. The RNS of the 19th. June said they had dropped below 5% at 83,000,000. They're now up to 94,408,700 as of 3rd. July (or is it 3rd. June).

You're comparing apples with oranges. Bushveld Minerals went melons up because of a falling vanadium price. That's not the same as a buyer taking an active interest in acquiring Andrada Mining.

If you're concerned the same thing might happen to Andrada as happened to Bushveld then sell up first thing Monday morning.

What do you think would happen to the share if news leaked that a Chinese buyer was sniffing around? And you can be sure if there was interest from the Chinese the news would leak.

The last time the Chinese were interested according to AV the sums they were talking about were “eye watering” his words not mine. If the same we’re on the table this time round I’m pretty sure most PI’s would like the option to either accept or reject.
