Consider this for a minute. The FY operational update for period ended 28 Feb 2025 RNS of 31st. March said the following: -

Ore processed 965,058 tonnes

Feed grade 0.137%

Tin recovery 72%

Tin metal produced full year 932 tonnes.

If you substitute the feed grade for the high-grade ore that’s coming from Goantagab but the amount of ore processed and tin recovery figures remain the same you get this: -

Ore processed 965,058 tonnes

Feed grade 1.5%%

Tin recovery 72%

Tin metal produced, full year 10,422.6 tonnes.

And that’s based on the existing jig plant not the second one currently being assembled that will add 100 tph processing rate (current plant 136 tph).

I know the high-grade ore supply deal will take a fair bit of the cream in the early years but the potential here is enormous for those with the time and patience to wait.

The most significant kicker to the share price will be this.

RNS 17th June.

"Ore Supply and Profit-Sharing Agreement with Goantagab Mining for the supply of up to 240 000 tonnes per year of high-grade ore averaging 1.5% tin."

The last operational update, 6th. June, confirmed a feed grade of 0.136% for the last complete quarter. In other words the amount of tin in the ore coming from Goantagab will be at least 10 times higher than the ore currently being put through the plant. Goantagab is only contracted to supply 240,000 tonnes of high grade ore per annum whereas Uis is currently processing the same amount of low grade ore every quarter.

A significant increase in the amount of tin produced.

A significant drop in the AISC.

The price of tin to continue rising.

What's not to like?

Andrada's share price will be in an entirely different place come the end of 2025.

AISC down to $22,000 to $23,000/tonne and metal produced up to 2,000 tonnes+ per annum. And tin averaging $35k+/tonne for the rest of this year.

That's what I hope to see.

Tin stocks in the LME dropped to 1,715 tonnes today. Could be below 1,500 tonnes before the end of the month at this rate of depletion.
