The JIM Nominees shares look like they've ended up in the "Others" total hence the increase in the number of shares in that account and JIM disappearing from the list. As for the percentages I'd guess at that being a simple schoolboy error. It is, after all, Amur we're talking about!

I make the decrease since last month just under 1.5m shares. I'm not sure what you are seeing to make it 2% In fact back in March of this year the "Others" total was 245,228,357 shares. Its now 278,591,013 shares.

Warehousing is the process of accumulating shares in a company the shares being bought in the name of nominees in sub 3% lots and 'warehoused'. I'm not suggesting that's what's going on here but warehousing is not uncommon and the shares are held in nominee accounts.

What I find odd with Horizonte is the inconsistent and often inaccurate reporting of significant holdings. Prior to the May update last year they went over 12 months without updating the significant shareholders list on their web site. They then have 4 updates within the space of 11 months or to be more accurate partial updates. It could well be that they simply don't place much importance on reporting holdings figures accurately but if they don't they should.

The company can figure out who hold's what from the registrar, it's not that difficult. That's what the registrar is for. Some AIM listed companies update the significant share holder list on their web sites every month. It's not what they get from the registrar its what they ask for from the registrar.

AIM Rule 26 states that "the number of AIM securities in issue (noting any held as treasury shares) and, insofar as it is aware, the percentage of AIM securities that is not in public hands together with the identity and percentage holdings of its significant shareholders. This information should be updated at least every 6 months and the website should include the date on which this information was last updated"

I used to be in touch with the CFO of another AIM listed company and it was clear, from the conversations we had, that the shareholding figures they used to publish were obtained from their registrar not from the people who operated the nominee accounts. They didn't have any 3%+/5%+ IIs so them declaring was not an issue.

You're right its not event based but a six month requirement which begs the question why is Horizonte doing what its doing? If this has been done to re-set the clock for the next update ie. six months from 12th. April 2021 then it suggests to me that they don't want us to know where these 88m shares have gone. I can't think of any other reason why they felt inclined to adjust the percentages after the recent placing but leave the holdings figures untouched. Even if none of the 88m shares went into the nominee accounts you would expect the totals to change over a two month period. All very stange IMO.

When the company had 1,446,377,287 shares in issue back in 30/09/2020 the percentage shares not in public hnds was 25.6% or 370,272,585 shares.

On 26/02/2021 we had 1,612,095,640 shares in issue and at that point they said 19% of the shares in issue were not in public hands. The figure 306,298,171.

The lastest update, 12/04/2021, now has 1,700,155,740 shares in issue and the percentage not in public hands has remained the same at 19%. That gives a figure of 323,029,590.

Horizonte does not have a particularly good track record in accurately reporting or regularly updating their significant shareholders list on the web site so what you can read into any of this I'm not sure. Probably not an awful lot.

88m and none of them have end up in the the usual PI nominee accounts? Doesn't that seem a bit odd? This is what the placing RNS said:-

"Cantor, together with Peel Hunt and BMO, being the "Joint Bookrunners" are acting as joint bookrunners in relation to the Placing. Paradigm is acting as the sole bookrunner in relation to the Canadian Offering."

Some of the 88m shares were offered in Canada some offered here yet none has shown up in the usual nominee accounts. Its not that the holdings might be below the reportable level that's the issue. It's the fact that none of these shares are showing up anywhere and in particular not in the nominee accounts where you'd expect to see at least some.
