The closing price in Canada on Friday was CAD$0.25 which is 15.9p so it should move up much closer to that price this morning. Whether it stays there or not depends on what happens when the TSX opens.

"when will the TEO information be issued to shareholders" is not the same as "when will the TEO be issued to shareholders". I guess they could easily argue that the former only commits them to releasing a summary or section(s) of the TEO and not the whole thing.

As with all things Amur it's all about as clear as mud.

Your interpretation is interesting becuase its almost the complete opposite of how I see it. I think the RNS is clear. The interview on the other hand isn't. He says in the interview that the TEO would be released but he doesn't say by whom or to whom. I took that part to mean the Russian authorities would be releasing it after completing their review. I don't recall RY saying in the interview that the TEO would be released to investors.

Let's face it, how many on here have the necessary skills and experience to read and understand a 2,000 page, 1,200 x A0 drawing TEO anyway.

A more detailed summary is bout the best we can expected and I think that's what we need anyway. The TEO would be way over most if not all people's heads.

I take that section of the interview to confirm what was written in the RNS. The interview isn't crystal clear so you could take what was said differently but that's how I'd interpret it.

"It now needs to be made available to all."

I'm not sure that's going to happen and if it did it wouldn't be normal. There's usually what's called a data room that's made available to parties interested in either doing a JV or buying. All the technical detail isn't usually made available to investors. Rover62 posted the RNS that confirmed the documents would be translated from the original Russian into English. In that same RNS it also stated the following:-

"Upon completion of the translation, a comparative analysis of the results generated by Oreall for the TEO and the independently compiled February 2019 Pre-Feasibility Study ("PFS") will be provided."

That's what I expect we'll get, not the full 2,000 page, 1,200 x A0 drawing TEO.

Can you clarify for me what it is you expect with regards to the TEO? From what I can gather it consists of 2,000 documents and 1,200 x A0 drawings. I’d expect everything to be in Russian and I haven’t seen anywhere, correct me if I’m wrong, anything to say these documents will be translated into English.

Read the reports posted by those who found the time to attend the meeting. That's not what they concluded. Recommending approval doesn't mean he is out of step with PIs. It means he thinks what he's presenting is the best possible deal available at this point in time. Don't forget he was berated before for not putting an offer up to PIs for consideration. Seems like he's damned if he does damned if he doesn't.

It's just as likely that PIs have an unrealistic expectation of what's possible given current events. The valuation placed on Kun Manie is not out of step with Malmyzh so there's precedent. Can you point to precedent that proves a higher valuation for KM? Can you point to precedent that has better payment terms?

If there was an example out there of somebody doing better I'd get it but we are in exceptional times. RY's job is to recommend what he believes is in investors best interests. I have yet to see a cogent argument that says he's out of step with PIs because he is recommending what he believe is the best deal available. He is, after all, an awful lot more experienced and knowledgeable on matters Russian and mining than either of us.

I wholeheartedly agree with your comment about RY. There is nobody better positioned to continue heading up Amur. Trying to force him out now would just be plain daft.

I don't have a view save to say that I don't think that You Tube link answers anything. It's merely an opinion and one of many out there on the issue.

Something to keep in mind with all things Russian:-

Really! If you were the interested party here would you have wanted a Yes vote today? A yes vote commits you to $105m over 14/15 years (7p per share) whereas maintaining the status quo allows you to continue picking up shares for just over 1p.

It’s a win win for the holder/accumulator, if there is one.
