Good to see this board returning to "normality" - good debate on both sides. It's amazing what a difference not having Rosie & Castle around makes, much it more civil.

The exact wording was as follows:

During the year we received an enquiry from
the Corporate Reporting Review Team of the
Financial Reporting Council (“FRC”) in relation
to their review of the FY20 annual financial
statements. The matters raised by the FRC
included:
z The appropriateness of claims that the
Group’s inventory monetarisation solution
could be accounted for as a debt free
solution for a prospective client under IFRS.
The FRC expressed reservations that this
could be achieved based on the information
presented to them, including the accounting
advice previously commissioned by one of
the top accounting firms by the Group, but
did not pursue this matter further given the
Group is yet to facilitate the first inventory
monetarisation transaction.

The keywords are "expressed reservations", this is very different to "The FRC have stated they do not believe IM true sale will be possible"

Staying in pedant mode Ex, I think you are confusing revenue with the value of goods monetised! Revenue would consist of the fees generated from IM, if these were billions then this would be extremely valuable!

Stop your usual tactics of deflecting Rosie and answer the question, do you have any evidence you can submit to the FCA?

Rosie, do you have any factual evidence of a boiler room in play here? If you do I suggest you submit it to the FCA, if not please stop bleating on. The circumstantial evidence is more in favour of a concerted effort to keep the price low, maybe to aid the borrowed shares to be bought back cheaply?
