Sorry for the spamming all! Lots of thoughts going on in my head. One other big benefit here is that I imagine a lot of UK funds will have been sitting on the sidelines here, waiting for some sort of heavily discounted placing. They will be forced to get in on the action soon (before the US listing) or risk competing with the vast number of US small cap pharma funds....

Will be interesting to see how Longevity Acquisition Corporation Ordinary Shares (LOAC) reacts on Nasdaq later today.

Terrier - glad you topped up £10k yesterday?! I knew you were a good lad. You know, when those warrants are exercised, the company shouldn't need funding for a while... The magic is that we will probably now be raising money at a premium on Nasdaq as i can only imagine the company's hand is now massively strengthened from a finance perspective, plus there will be significant demand for capital from US big boys.

I get daily morning updates, so will try and share as they reduce. It will take quite a bit of time i would imagine. Unless they hold until the SITC conference, which would be absolutely nuts!

Yep agreed - the traders can have their fun and 10%s but this has all the hallmarks of a big 12 month re-rate in the SP. hopefully nice and steady! So much news due before the NASDAQ listing - Longevity may well have just pulled of deal of the year!

Plus my shares off the market for 3 years! Thats a wopping 0.08% of the company !

Thats the biggest shareholder (20%) in the company's shares off the market for a while! I suspect they may be buying more unless they are in a restricted period...

Who knows - probably get a terrible reaction knowing AIM. But I am delighted and can't wait to see how this plays out re US valuations

Also worth noting the $23m warrants (plus the existing AIM warrants). This company is going to be supported to the hilt by shareholders. The BOD are taking this to £1billion eventually. Who knows when - the big boy US pharma investors will nw decide that.

This is a really smart deal - Listing on NASDAQ is no mean feat and usually takes 6 months plus - superb play by the board here. Very happy regardless what happens on AIM today. The future is very bright and again this is the best risk reward play on AIM in my book.

It ain't happening folks!

1. Base share price will be £1.10 (still an absolute bargain for Longevity!)
2. Funding for another year dusted - no more worries about ****ty discounted AIM placings
3. Unbelievable pool of capital to be available to the company
4. We will soon be getting our US valuation metrics applied to DDDD! To me this appears to be roughly double the AIM valuation (see my post from a week or so on this)
5. We are going to benefit from some really really really good analyst and broker notes, and PR/news, on DDDD from now on

And a super quick Nasdaq listing! That is the placing fear mongerers out the window!

Oh how I would love a phase 3 IBS licence deal to be announced. Or a US placing at a small discount. Who knows - the US brokers may be overwhelmed with interest and you get a placing at a premium. They may be brought 'inside' and told some key inside info. Let's see. No PDRM deals at the moment tell me something big is brewing. Tactically speaking, the board will probably wait until after 14 November to carry out any raise - as i suspect DDDD will be flying upwards after 14 Nov

I find IG charts and tools very useful for looking at the technicals
