All the analysts are aligned at £7 plus - worth noting that Simon Thompson (small cap journalist of the year) thinks that this would still materially undervalue the company. Could be a 4 bagger IMO. Happy with slow and steady however. Not long to see the deal but I suspect its going to be BIG - reading between the lines, this could involve acquiring nearby licences too and JOG becoming a real BIG BOY

Going to be some serious fun on here over the next couple of weeks. Looks like the transformative deal is happening with someone with massive profits to be offset! Back to £2 plus imminently IMO. The fair value as per various analysts is 300-400% higher than here. Still a very attractive entry price - I made a small top up at 182. GLA (or should I say GBA?)

They also state JOG would become one of the UKs ‘most significant U.K. North Sea companies’

Also mentions third party licences being acquired and incorporated to the GBA as the base

Zeus has been tipped off the the FO deal not only covers GBA but also the exploration assets. Could be MASSIVE

No it didn’t! Let’s see what the company has to say. No need to panic - although clearly a lot of retail holders have thrown the towel in. Risk reward looks good down at current market cap IMO.

The delisting has robbed AIM retail holders at 60% discount to NAV! Scandalous. This will likely fly up once off AIM. You can see the MMs have played this well too

I realise that the AIM de-listing will be the end of the road for many UK holders (hence the big sell off and 60% discount to NAV!) but for those that would like to continue this board in another form (I presume MTR will soon disappear from London and South East...), I will share a Telegram group link later on today.

Correct - 65% discount to NAV is scandalous. Someone will hoover this up. You could buy the company, wind it up and make a fortune. The gap will close in time. Easy hold
