For JOG (a relative minnow) this is great deal. Opens the path for a further farm out. Possible takeover target now given its v large discount to NAV (which is far more believable). V happy to hold on to this and watch the value unlock, as it has done for years. The management have delivered

There won’t be a takeover now. The board wouldn’t be able to recommend one, as the true value of the company won’t be realised until the farmout is completed…

300 p is still way undervalued on a full farmout deal. Holding until fair value eeks out. Oil flying too. Personally I’m looking for £6.50 as minimum until consider slicing

As if things couldn’t get better for JOG! opec surprise cut. Oil will bounce hard this week. I think we’ll see £3.50 v soon and then looking at the £6.50 to £7.50 analysts target prices after FO announced
