So those that hold PHNX in an ISA that does not constitute any cash holdings will be able to take up their rights with new ISA money and not be forced to sell something else to buy up, sell on or relinquish their rights. So depending on circumstances it is worth keeping some cash available to buy up as many of your rights as possible. Own DD. Trek, well chuffed with 7% divi from here now and it looks safer than ever if this goes through.

Delboi - I agree although not investing on the same scale as you I just flipped some TLW where I have a 1.55 average into SAVP. Not something I like to do as it can be a mugs game but I think we are set for a good rise on back of news and there is more upside here than TLW atm. Great news but what stands out is the science and most of the legwork, and thats not underestimating VRSs role, is being handled independently by the scientists. So the model of providing and refining the graphene tech is done by VRS but they can also then balance other projects. This is essential at this growth juncture for such a relatively small team. Oh and revenues will arrive under the same principle via royalties and sold patented tech. Very much like the OPTI model. Seems a new sensible way of growing a co. Trek and China thinks so!

What is not to like. The incorporation of Graphene Plus (G+) in tyres produces the joint effect of simultaneously reducing rolling resistance and increasing grip. The result is a tyre that is both faster in motion and safer in turning under braking or in extreme weather conditions. In addition, the effectiveness of G+ reduces fuel consumption as overcoming resisting forces accounts for a significant proportion of a vehicle's fuel usage as well as increasing the lifespan of the tyre due to reduced wear. As a result, the application of G+ offers economic efficiency as well as environmental sustainability. Surely the way forward for all vehicle tyres. Surprised some of the VRS investors research havent revealed DCTA to them as yet. given all the posts around imagine what will happen when VRS get graphene into tyres etc DCTA already had bicycle tyres on the market and peeps may not have done their research or discounted us. What I like about DCTA is the focus on route to market and the big markets they prioritise, O&G, fire ******ants now tyres. Plenty of room and massive first mover advantage there. This disclosure also reflects the fact that the voting rights held indirectly by the underlying investment management entity Standard Life Investments Limited decreased below a notifiable threshold due to trading and an event changing the breakdown of voting rights on 9 February 2018. The threshold crossed was 5% and Standard Life Investments Limited held the delegated voting rights to 8.35% of the shares in Savannah Petroleum PLC prior to this crossing. Expect more holdings RNSs due to recapitalisation but at least its history insofar as sale has occurred and we have iis adding as well. Volume thin today. Waiting for news now. Trek. Totally agree I have been selling blue chips and adding here, IMM and SAVP. All have immediate rapid upside potential and will imo recover quicker thank the main market. I will then have a choice of top slicing in a few months time and buying the divi stocks again or staying with the growth stocks. Trek not for widows or orphans!

The Warrants that are attributable to the Placing Shares to be issued as part of the first tranche of the Placing will not be granted until completion of the Second Tranche, and as such are conditional upon, inter alia, the passing of certain shareholder resolutions at the General Meeting. Often market turmoil throws up opportunities. This is one. Buy for the divi and forget. Well covered well capitolised, cash is ok and in a niche market. What�s not to like. Oh it�s one I agree with woody on and the market doesnt but to be fair I have been in here for years and the market has never got PHNX OR CSN. Trek divi hunting!

Added a little more. First trade of day was mine it�s a buy. Should have waited though. I see the ALGO trades have kicked in to push the price down. All pretty obvious and easy on this volume. Trek. Still got some powder dry.
