Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
The politicos will claim their new approach is an endorsement of green policies, refucing pollution in china, etc and shipping thousands of miles compared to Sweden's cleaner mining. Let them go but witness the past hypocrisy.
No more than conjecture but could Lofvens political change to advocating clean, swedish mines as part of climate change (you all read it on here) be a reason for Baylan's departure. He may not be as astute as big Stef when it comes to reading the public moods.
Well said pablo, too many puerile posts ftom a handful of juveniles. Stop replying to their headers and giving them encouragement.
Approvals do take time and sales will follow. It had taken longer than we hoped for but patience will be rewarded IMHO. If you are unhappy move on but no need to ruin your mental health posting and replying to tripe.
Which is precisely why some keyboard warriors sit on the bpards 24/7.
Think about it,the reason posters like that hang around is the hope they will be on the mark if and when orders do get announced.it is a form of endorsement.
Cant say I agree, investors make a decision to buy, sell or hold, only idiots or people with other agendas attack relentlessly. If not happy sell and go,if you are invested at all.
Strange pattern of sniping here, listened to Colin a few times and always get the impression h has far more to concentrate on than pleasing keyboard snipers.
General stuff, might see more detail of orders at the AGM at 11-00
Past experience of ODX suggests no announcements until after the government has its say. Colin hasalways played by the civil service diktats.
It would be interesting to see a calculation by BEM about the emissions impact spewed out by mining iron in less controlled conditions and transported to Swedish users against what might have been mined by BEM under cleaner and more controlled conditions over the last 8 years. Get that into the media to challenge the green hypocrisy of exporting problems.
What do people think of this little snip from the last RNS ? DM clearly has plans to avoid a winter hibernation of working.
Drilling of the shallow traps will be cheaper than testing deep targets and could potentially be conducted using a light-weight water-rig, or similar rig capable of producing a stable hole, possibly opening the option to conduct drilling operations over the wet-season.
The process has been corrupt,no doubt, but BEM have responded appropriately and must gain respect for their behaviour across the media. I sense a changing of the mood and political pressure will find a way to justify approval after the long haul.
Bought my shares when confidence was high and the potential for helium discovery was everywhere. DM's enthusiasm may have waned a little but one drill among many may have been unreasonable chance of success. I fully expect him to work even harder to justify his belief in the region after further analysis of data gained. Just more patience needed.
A distinct smell around the behaviour of some posters yesterday and today on this share. This RNS reaffirms drilling intentions to gather more detailed information in order to decide next steps. Gamblers and excitability gave it some froth but I never expected a big discovery at this stage. I strongly believe this has been the subject of a bear attack by a group of linked investors to either buy in low or short for gains. The board was flooded with negativity from two or three individual and recent posters plugging negative headers that unknowing posters keep on replying to,hence promoting this.
Fully expect professional assessment to reaffirm NAV and previous targets in near term. Hold or top up for me.
