I think they refer to that as exoKRAS. Preclinical results are supposedly due in 2020 so we may hear something soonish.

I can see from one iof event programs that MH is speaking. No doubt he will be thumbing through his well-worn slide deck on the phase 2a results, again!

What I don't really get about this company is that they don't appear to have a chief scientist who speaks publically. Nearly all other biotech's have an "evamgelist" who pushes out the message of technical excellence. We seem to get a CFO who fteely admits he"s "not an scientist" or very occassionally a CEO who appears equally vague on the detail. Whatever happenned to their CSO?

I think Obotritia Capital who bought around 16% of the company not so long ago, will be fuming if any new capital raise.is priced at less than the price per share they paid. Their representative now sits on Rene's board and is chair of the Audit Committee.

I suspect Rene are taking advantage of the autumn conference season - summer would have been quieter I'm sure.

I am still awaiting Olav's presentation from Gene and Cell on the Mesa 2020 to be posted on youtube. Previous years have been uploaded.

Would be nice to see the prove start.to move north but I will wait for the RP partnering deal. This is likely to be worth 20 x Rene"s current market cap.

I still believe CTX could be blockbuster but trying to run a clinical trial in accute stroke anywhere apart from COVID-free China would be madness. RENE have nothing to lose by parking this for a year - by which time they may have significantly more resources due partnering (hRPCs or exosoms) and a CTX trial up and running in China.

Thanks Phil. I agree with your imterpretation by the way. Orphan exclusivity applies to the drug (or biologic in this case) for use in an orphan indication. Market exclusivity does not exclude other drugs from being developed for.an indication. The only way RENE could be.excluded would be if jCell and Ren000x were deemed.to be similar. Given that both hRPCs are proprietary and protected by extensive IP (see Rene's recent patent grant), this is highly unlikely. Indeed, it would be dangerous for jCyte to claim this because RENE might then be able to demonstrate clinical superiority which would mean that jCell would lose orphan status.

I agree with your interpretation. What I don't understamd is why they simply don't correct this potential anomaly by using different charts going forward.

Surely, for a truly unbiased evaluation, one would use a unique chart on each patient's eye across all evaluation visits?. That way you would avoid any possibility of a learning effect. I can only think there is something about the ETDRS chart that means that this is not possible. There are secondary endpoints in the trial that they have not yet shared - it would be good to.hear more about those.

I agree with your sentiments, Phil. I think a RNS tomorrow is unlikely and MH's presentation will come amd go with little effect on the share price because he cannot provide market moving infomation in that forum.

Most LTH know that a significant announcement around RP will start the share price on the same trajectory as when they announced the early phase2a results.

An announcent on exosome collaboration success could be even more significant because it will mean that Rene have been able to carry a third party compound across the blood-brain barrier. This ia a holy grail of the pharma industey and would be very significant. RENE would have a vehicle that would be in demand by a multitude of biotech amd big pharma players. It would almost certainly allow RENE to negotiate research/developmwnt milestone payments from partners in the near term and would likely be transformative.

Of course, as a.holder, I could be somewhat biased!

You are right Phil. We.will have to wait for the results of dosing at 2million cells. Hopefully, this will result in significantly more than the 15 letter gain obtained by jCyte in the 50% responders in their high dose group of what was basically a dose finding trial.

My view is that RENE will have no choice but to compete directly with jCyte in intravitteal injection because it's likely that jCyte will enter the subretinal hRPC.market using jCell. Henry Classen who founded JCyte has stated that he sees a place for gene therapy, intravitreal and subretinal hRPC injection in the treatment of RP depending on the type and stage of disease progression.

Indeed, any treatmemt that is efficacious and straightforward to administer will be welcomed by RP sufferers. I only hope that RENE is not blind to this and understands the importance of competing head-to-head with jCyte for this route of administration.

I suspect we really have found a support level after slowly declining from a high of £3. Most sellers have been flushed out and those that remain are resigned to holding at least until we finally get some good commercial news!

I expect MH to shed more light on the RP trial but unless there is an RNS released prior to his presentation, he will not be giving away anything relating to efficacy. The same is true of the exosome collaborations. No doubt, he will again make use of his favourite phrase "in the coming months" which I personally find intensley annoying because it means nothing.

Anyway, we live in hope!

We may not get data as such but at least we should be able to extract further details around patient dosing progress and more details on the trial locations.

I also want to know what Rene are going to do about the jCyte phase2b results. They have now shown that intravitreal imjection of hRPC cells delivers good efficacy. RENE have the opportunity to compete directly with jCyte for intravitteal injection and leverage the competative advantage of a lower cost of goods that MH & OH make such a big deal about.

I will try to submit specific questions for the preaentation - would be good for others to do the same.

Also- I emailed Rene asking them to share Olav's video preaentation at the recent Gene and Cell Meeting on the Mesa. If others could also.nag them for this they might actually get around to putting it on their website.

Thanks for your steer on comparable trials. I watched a presentation from Jcyte which was informative. I assume the method of action and therefore the surgical procedure is similar to that of Reneuron's hrpc. I assume that would mean a similar outcome to the Jcyte 2b may be inferred for the next trial. I wonder does Reneuron's cell line have any commercial advantage over Jcyte - I know they often cite cryopreservation as competative advantage.

It would be helpful to hear from anyone with more kbowledge iof the competing product lines.
