I agree, if Michael Hunt had more foresight he would have raised funds 18 months earlier when the share price was well above 250p. He really has no excuses apart from bad planning for dilutiion at such la ow level.

I really do hope the company gets bought out over the next year to 18 months on the back or.RP or exosome success.

I believe the EIS shares were admitted today and the open offer and "1 for 9" and excess allocation shares will be admitted tomorrow.

The Edison valuation of £170m related mainly to the value of the hRPC program. I would look at comparable license deals at jCyte for a valuation. Their ex-US deal was worth $250M so double that for a global deal. After the jCyte ph2b results were announced., I did suggest that RENE would also develop IVT hRPC and thats now been confirmed so the comparison is justified.. The big unknown in valuation terms is exosomes. If they are successful in pre-clinical proof of concept in one or more of the collaboration deals there could be alot of excitement. This might be a technology where RENE has competitive advantage in scaled GMP production as a result of 10 years of CTX development. So, given that they reached £3 on early ph2a results 2 years ago, I agree that £9 is possible, it just depends on outcomes next year.

It’s going to be with humankind forever. I think we may get to a point where coronavirus becomes a seasonal problem. I don’t want to draw too many parallels with ‘flu, but, possibly, that is the kind of way we would learn to live with it."

So, COVID is never going away, treatments will aways be needed.

It worth noting that Novartis are shelling out $750m to Mesoblast for their potemtial stem cell treatment for ARDS (COVID).

My advice would be to go on to youtube, search for Reneuron and then watch investor presentations over the last 10 yeats. That will give you some appreciation of the timescales involved in this type of biotech business.

Its about time they provided updated individualised data. We know that the FDA target is 15 letters on an EDRS chart and that a responder rate of say 30% would likely gain approval.

How do you get a mean that chamges from 5 to 12 in a 3 month period with only 1 additional person?

And can anyone explain to me the 9 and 12.month results in that table. It makes no sense to me.

The placing shares (the bulk of the capital raise) are not offerred to the public. The open offer shares (£3.5m) can be taken up ny qualifying shareholders on a 1 for.9 basis. That's the way I read it.

Mesoblast have inked a deal with Novartis for their cell line in the treatment of ARDS. This is an inflamatory disease and the mode of action has some similarities with Rene's. CTX. This is encouraging!

They probably wish to present the data from all 9 patiemts. Allowing for.COVID delays, if you assumed all were treated in the.next 3-4 months then presenting around June time.would allow for a minimum of 3 months data for each patient. That plus the original ph2a results should make a good story. However, keeping good news quiet will be difficult - the RP forums on social media are quite active...

The CFO stated that they would present the RP ph2a trial ectension data at one of the big (US) conferences such as AAO. However, it may be hard to stop results leaking out as this is open label -especially if tbey are as good as last time. I suspect they would have no announce headline data to the market early in that case.. But as MH always says "I'm not a Sciemtist.(or optamologist)"!
