Not sure how to get a specific link Gixxer-600 but if you go onto Telegram and search the group "Power Metal Resources #POW" it should add you to the correct group. 443 members as at 9pm tonight so the figure should be around that number once you get access if you want to use that figure to cross check that you are in the correct group.

To add - we also have a JORC compliant resource! The market seems to have completely forgotten about Pilot Mountain and the huge potential there but that often happens when market sentiment is poor. Pilot Mountain with a little bit of further exploration work could easily be worth our current market cap of £20mil ... never mind the other projects, IPOs, investments etc. that we hold. The Golden Metal IPO will raise the necessary funds for Pilot Mountain to be enhanced which could be a company changer!

PJ is the biggest shareholder in the company - are you saying he's going to scam himself? Seems highly unlikely. I admit PJ has a much lower average (around 0.7p) due to warrants converted etc. but he did take over this company in 2019 when it was nothing so he deserves to benefit financially from taking that risk. Also admit that the "proving quarter" that PJ talked about for Q4 2021 hasn't really seen the tangible results we all wanted, however, the pipeline is bulging and the IPO's in 2022 will provide hopefully millions of pounds for big drill programmes. My advice here - turn off the PC and come back in 12-24 months times and I'm sure this share will be a lot closer to the 5p region.

Looks like PJ's emotional twitter thread from yesterday regarding current market conditions, investing strategy etc. has made it on to a few other share boards in the last 24 hours. Well worth a read if anyone hasn't read it already. My finger is nowhere near the sell button here but I'm sure a few traders are ready to crystallise a loss which is an absolutely crazy move at these prices in my opinion. Once the market turns, this stock should come roaring back!

You make some solid points there Parfett! Definitely a stock to buy, put away and look back on in 2-3 years time!

£1.20 is around a market cap of £1.7 billion ... I am a big POW supporter but I think even PJ would dismiss that valuation as ridiculous at the moment. Current valuation of around £55million / 3.5p a share it around fair at the moment based on POW's current portfolio especially with the JORC asset of pilot mountain. Once the drills start turning and we hit something substantial then 12p / £170mil MC is not off the cards. The chances of us getting to £1.20 here are not impossible but about the same chance of winning the Euromillions - twice - in consecutive weeks!

True KimiR .... what are you thinking maybe keep a third between POW/RRR and allow new investors to buy up the other two thirds? Or do you think the split will be even more in favour of the new investors? I was only summarising in my comment as I don't think £15 million will be added to RRR's balance sheet straight away post-IPO. I'd argue there will most likely be a decimal point between the 1 and the 5 and it will be around £1.5 million. The most important thing here is if £5 million can be raised, then the drill bit can go crazy for 12-24 in the region and some of these drill targets look juicy. I guess being able to raise £5million at the moment is a big IF. If they can and the drill bit finds something huge then you could be adding £100mil+ to the balance sheet of both RRR & POW!

It is interesting to note on the latest RNS that the drills should be spinning in December 2021 so pre-IPO. Are NBGC hoping for a hit on that first drill to increase the IPO valuation drastically? I guess with there being so many licences & drill targets under the NBGC umbrella, even if they hit absolutely nothing it won't really effect the IPO valuation. If they can get a cheap drill programme going pre-IPO it could work wonders to the IPO price. What is everyone thinking the IPO valuation will initially be? I cannot see it attracting much more than £5million in this market as the pre-drill stage.

Helpful - So you think NBGC will be valued at £10mil to £30mil MC if it is going to add £5mil to £15mil to RRR's balance sheet? I think that is a very optimistic valuation but I hope you are correct! I cannot see the IPO raising anymore than £5mil in total (£2.5mil valuation for POW & RRR's balance sheets respectively) in this sort of market.

PS it looks as though rigrat started buying on 02/11/2021 and sold on 01/12/2021 ... maybe 20 trading days?? He held the stock in a pullback period and at a time a new virus variant was around. I think some are looking to hold this stock for more like 20 trading MONTHS. I certainly am and I think it is going to take that length of time as a minimum to get a solid return here.

That rigrat is something else ... best to be ignored by anyone looking at these boards. rigrat offers nothing constructive whatsoever. Just your typical investor who gets overly emotional when a share price drops when it is absolutely obvious to even the most amateur investor that the who junior resource sector is in a pullback phase.

This is the time to buy shares in company's who have continued to progress their company during a pullback phase. rigrat seems to think progress is measured solely on short-term Share Price movement ... completely wrong! POW is in a fundamentally strong position and is positioned very well for the long term in my opinion.

Very honest about the company regarding general market conditions and the future chances of hitting resource discoveries. Foundations well in place here, the steam of RNS this year backs that up. I may average around 1.9p but you will never buy the bottom and never sell the top in the world of the stock market. If the bottom turns out to be 1.4p then so be it, the top could eventually be 14p. A solid risk/reward investment case being rapidly built here in my opinion ran by a CEO with 75million shares in the game (current value approx. 1.25 million) . Very rare to see in the AIM market - I don't mind putting my money on the same number the CEO has 1.25 riding on.
