not sure how much I like that write-up. It talks about the 100% rise but that's pretty fictitious in itself as it was 100% higher a couple of months earlier without the discovery. I guess any publicity is good publicity at this stage though since the general PR for this company is pish.

In my mind, which albeit is mostly a patch of landmines with zippy from the magic roundabout jumping around in, it would be far more beneficial for CUDA to have gone to a bigger player with deeper pockets that will drag us into high rate production ASAP than it would be for COPL to win it and do this at "our own pace" which as we all know rivals a snail who's smoked a blunt.

It can't release this news because it's simply not true. according to Wyoming Oil & Gas commission production report dated March 9th 2022 the production for January was 59,667BBLS.

I have to wonder if there is always a huge sell off at 39p because that's what a lot of people got in at, and they just want their money back, making it really difficult to crack in the 40's

no point in guessing we'll all know in only 6 months :) given the way this year is flying in, that will come very quickly all we need is a couple more "once in a lifetime events" to help keep us distracted.

I'm not sure what you mean or whether it matters, the production figures are what matter. The hedge is just who you're selling the oil to and for what price. Whether it's produced from the new or existing reserve you would still be selling the same overall amount to cover the hedge prior to making the market price. Maybe I've misunderstood the point you're making?
