Adamsky, thanks for the update. It's kind of a cop-out to say there have been 27 RNSs this year because that has to be divided by 4 companies, with 4 companies on production/approval stages we should be looking at double that figure in my opinion but yes I may be asking for too much. I dare say Tim is starting to sweat and if he's not then he bloody should be considering he's let the communication fall by the wayside. I mean they never even formally disclosed who their distributor is, or did they?

Steviom, you could be right in that the user trial was possibly pulled given the lack of working units and this, in my opinion, is the only company that can use COVID as an excuse because it will be relying on manufacturers that will have all sorts of safe practices going on, should this have been made public knowledge? I would say not. I imagine if this is the case and it had been made public knowledge the share price would have been absolutely battered.

I'm hoping they surprise us with some transparency of what is going on... even if it's not information that will move the share price it would be nice to just know what has been happening. There is a lot of silence but at the same time, we are going through a ball ache of a situation worldwide which only now we seem to be crawling out of, I genuinely believe had we not had the pandemic we would be further along but for now we just have to weather the storm, hopefully not too much longer though

just for my own curiosity, when did they make it clear that we will only be told what's already in the public domain? they may very well deem a lot of our queries non-price sensitive hence no release of information but may answer when asked?

the sells are for p1ss all though... if they were in the tens of thousands I would be concerned but big holders don't sell off at a few hundred quid a time

I would just go to town on anything and everything you think of... the more of a picture we can paint about what we want to know the more they might actually realise that their current PR is a joke...

If I'm not wrong, I think you can only place a spread bet on companies over a certain market cap, you can usually go long on small caps with IG but rarely have I seen anything under £70m m.cap to short...

agreed, however if it was a failure then surely they wouldn't have had an RNS saying they expect approval in H2?

I think it's easy to become despondent at this point, the communication has been terrible but I'm here for the products not the management... this will get a firework up its butt when the news comes in... let's just hope the sales figures in August are exceptional.

Also, I'm completely fine with you fingering me as the critic of their delayed posting, I think it is absolutely pathetic that TEK is so abysmal at PR. However, I believe the problem to actually lie with Tim at Flagstaff... I have an email address for Harrison Gross if you need/want it, message me on twitter and I'll send it to you. When I got in touch with Harrison about Tim's repeated failure to answer emails, Harrison copied Tim into the correspondence and would you believe it within the hour Tim replied denying ever receiving the emails from me so as a courtesy to his incompetence I replied to all (Harrison Gross) with copies of the sent emails. Needless to say, Tim's reply then came without Harrison being CC'd.

Look I may be wrong when it comes to Tim and it might be that TEK are terrible at communicating with their own PR company, however, I got the impression from Harrison that they had full faith in Flagstaff.

I just find it bizarre that they wouldn't advertise via twitter or Linkedin or any social media platform that they are attending these shows... I'd like to see this "packaged" better, it's "crunch" time after all, us investors would "eat this up" if we knew it was going on, it's like "spudding" a new well in an oil company... I'll shut up

good question pixie, just emailed the general inquiries on the tek site and the reply came from a Harrison Gross, nepotism rarely works
