Up 30% over the last month a nice reward for those who bought at the bottom. Excited to see KMK's next move now they're in the green - im guessing a move from a survivalist to growth approach will be very healthy for us investors and hopefully some of those long on the stock can recoup some of their losses.

Good to see BATM stock ticking up approx 11% over the past month - would love to this as sustained trend over the remainder of H2. Clearly people gaining confidence in the renewed BATM think tank.

Just seen that Simon Thompson at the Investors chronicle has rated KMK as a buy. Last time he did that (around a year ago) the SP spiked. Potentially a very good day/week ahead of us.

Stuart i would agree with you regarding the issue with investor sentiment. Personally I don't think it will be long, based on recent results, before we see trust reinstated in management and overall confidence begin to increase.

Doubt the results were factored into the SP based on pure speculation, i.e before they were released. They were also better than I, and i assume others, were expecting. Given time the SP will climb, management just need to regain investors trust and sentiment, which i believe they are on the path to doing so.

These things will sort themselves out, the main thing is that this is a big turning point for the company. First the cash positive positioning and now the ability to make a profit. Not only that but the turn around from making PBT of approx negative 3.5mil to a now positive 3 mil is a considerably large difference. I wouldn't be surprised if KMK are able to grow massively from here.

Buy ins and Battletechs usual nonsense aside, there has not been a time in recent memory where KMK had a clean slate and was poised for growth and profitable decision making. If there was ever a time to get behind the company it would be now, in my opinion.

I wouldnt take the share price as a measurement of success at the moment. Personally i believe KMK is undervalued at the moment since the siemens deal, giving current investors a hard time.

EBITDA down due to high operating costs but that can be ironed out once the focus of selling non core business units is complete. I definitely think BATM was right to narrow its vision with the sale of the non-core, will be interesting to see how theyll utilise this opportunity.

Yes H1 a success for KMK. Can imagine some deals brewing in the background for either h2 or next FY. I feel as though KMK has wiped its slate clean and is building again from the ground up.

Battletech what are you on about ? You need to get your facts straight, it was a home office contact if I recall not an MOD contract. As a self certified journalist you should be able to pick up key details.

I get what you're saying but you cant deny that this will help BATM moving forward, i myself am i medium term holder and have been stung like many others however i am still hopeful for the future of BATM, particularly with the news of cutting dead weight.

I guess there are complications and conflicts into selling off divisions of the business, something that cant happen overnight, and i doubt there was much delay from decision to execution. Im more focussed on what this means for the business moving forward rather than what has already happened.

It will be interesting to see the speed in which they utilise this opportunity

I think this is good news regarding the sale of non core business units for BATM. I think this is the right strategy for them to focus on their core competencies and free up capital for more profitable ventures. Would now love to see contract winning and a push for growth with their more focused direction.

Its also reassuring that KMK are not just suffering from the 'boiled frog syndrome'. Im glad to see a further push for growth despite their recent wins, besides this is standard practice or any profit-seeking business...

Yep - classic battletech always preaching the negatives. More of the same is definitely needed to solidify trust in investors who have lost confidence over the years.

I know we don’t focus purely on the SP but it’s always nice to see an SP rise off the back of good news. There’s plenty of stock I’m invested in which the SP doesn’t budge in the slightest.

Good news re the new contract, whilst not the biggest it does show that KMK are on the right track to sustainable profitability.
