Found a link for a webinar attendance application, Great to see BATM are starting to improve investor relations which have been slightly lackluster but seem to be on the rise since Moti has taken the reins. I'll post the link below as i am sure a lot of you will be interested.

Is this satisfactory enough Agricore?
Just found a great results video which Moti has posted on LinkedIn (search BATM to find it). He talks about Edgility and how they are running numerous proof of concept pilots with multiple operators. Clearly a few of these will pay off soon.
Agreed StockSensei + Agricore. Strong fundamentals will always prevail, even in times of turmoil. I'm also pleased about the strategic update statement, recognising that the Networking, Cyber and Diagnostic lines of business should be key areas of focus and therefore they have prioritised resource allocation. These results are extremely reassuring, but didn't expect anything less.
Resistance I think this goes without saying. I can't think of anyone who would bother posting on a forum if they didn't have any skin in the game. Very obvious attempts at drowning out positive information with his constant negativity and bashing of the business. Although i must say i am impressed with his tenacity in the face of 'clued up' investors.
Datron, H1's are due on the 29th. Those who have invested in the business are looking to see if the growth targets have been met. Please take time to think what it could be that is stopping Moti exercising his options? (this may prove to be a hard task for someone such as yourself). Maybe it is due to a significant event, disposal/purchase, JV or major contract that is stopping him. Once these are cleared or fulfilled them I am sure he will.
Resistance if it is a sellers market as you suggest then we should be in for a treat when results are released. Its interesting to see how ethernet switches have seen such large increases in revenue in the last year. This does look promising.
BATMS revenue streams really excite me as it seems as though they are operating in all the right areas for growth (minus the non core division it plans to sell). An interesting 4th quarter to come I imagine.
Bluerill i think youre right, some interesting movements which have me excited for the coming weeks.
Nutmeg, not sure you should be investing in an established mature main market company. You seem to want a company to announce everything. Next thing you will want to know is did they open up a cupboard today? If you do your research it will show they have won awards etc and are getting on with the work. As they have to announce before end of August, they are in their closed period now anyway Market expects them to grow and we will find out soon enough. There is guidance in the market on what they are going to achieve. If they expect to fall short or exceed it then they will have to disclose it to the market. Unless we get such a statement, I expect to hear that they have hit their targets for H1 at the time of the results. But you go ahead and sell (if you actually have anything to sell except your doom and gloom!!). I will hold on
Great research Resistance and interesting to say the least. I keep saying that BATM needs to capitalize whilst they can but your point has highlighted a particular concern for me in relation to the private equity backing and their large capital injections given to these competitors. However, I still feel that BATM has the advantage here due to their debt free scenario allowing them to make sound financial decisions with ease. In addition, the sell off of one of their major business divisions (hopefully not cyber) will allow them to particularly focus on edge computing. These factors along with BATM's current share price reek of a bargain. If I had free capital I would definitely consider putting that straight into BATM.
Resistance I'm not sure about rivals landing big deals but i do agree with your statement about poor marketing structure. Would love to see BATM really take advantage of their lead and start pumping some deals out with big numbers. Once they have sold off non-critical divisions of their business, my guess is that they will really start to focus on this. Would be a real shame if BATM blew their lead and let competitors back into the game.
Stock sensei, regarding the divisions it's clear that edgility and network solutions is now BATM's flag ship division moving forward. I doubt there is any danger of their cyber/network solution division being sold off. My biggest guess would be their bio medical/waste treatment division, as to the naked eye they haven't made a killing since covid. I think putting all their efforts/capital into network solutions will enable BATM to really get a grip of the market.
Resistance i've been saying this for weeks, nutmeg is a complete flip flopper. Does make me laugh tho, his tenacity to bash the stock when he 'doesn't have any holdings' is laughable.
I think they'll have a lot to say at the AGM, hopefully discussing investor relations as development in this area would prove very beneficial to BATM. So much great news coming from BATM recently, would just love to see that extra buzz that us investors are waiting for.
InContext, this should be no issue for BATM specifically due to their cash heavy balance sheet which will allow them to stay afloat with relative ease.
I was waiting patiently for Nutmegs regular moaning. Whilst i slightly agree with your criticism regarding the shorts, it seems ridiculous to fend off potential investors with from such a high growth potential business. May i also ask why you partake in this chat when you 'did not invest in BATM again' (seems a bit strange)
Wonder when the next big news will be? looking forward to a nice price increase in the near future
Yes Resistance there's a great room for growth for BATM if they can execute this correctly, i have faith in Moti to do so.
Canary your positive perspective on the company's CMD is refreshing to hear. BATMS bold strategy, combined with the company's expertise, intellectual property, and capable teams, presents a compelling case for change at this opportune time. The scrutiny, testing, and eventual award of a 5-year contract reflect the thoroughness and value of the company's offerings, especially considering the implications for 911 calls. It's great to see the company's hard work paying off in such a tangible way. Your observations about share trading are also exciting. The increased trading volume and the stability of bids at higher prices indicate growing confidence and interest in the company's prospects. It's always a positive sign when market sentiment aligns with the positive outcomes of significant events like the CMD etc etc. New coverage and potential buyers entering the market is what us shareholders have been waiting for and would further strengthen the company's position, providing additional opportunities for growth.
Great impact on SP from the capital markets day, obviously some great news which i think has sparked some serious interest.
Parsnip, this seems to be the trend recently due to various factors discussed a few weeks ago. As you mention the awareness is there and we know that edgility is clearly seen as cutting edge due to its 911 implications. One would expect the share price to reflect this however we can still take many positives from this news.
