Resistance as you know, BATM is well-positioned to experience substantial growth and profitability in the near future. The positive trends in revenue, gross margin, and operational improvements across various divisions, combined with the anticipation of increased revenues from key contracts, underscore the company's potential for exponential growth.
Their cyber division showed notable performance with revenue increasing to $13.3 million in the first half of 2023, compared to $13.1 million in the same period in 2022. Gross margin improved significantly to 51.2% from 40.1%, and the division turned a profit of $0.1 million, reversing a loss of $1.3 million in the previous year.
Under normal circumstances, with figures like these i think we would expect the SP to be a lot higher than current levels. Even with the horrible events ongoing, the market will need serious correction in order for BATM to be valued at what it deserves. Still holding but need to see some positive price action to boost my morale.
Farewell Nutmeg! personally i cannot crystallise losses so am holding on for the inevitable positive price action. When that is I do not know so must hold on in the meantime.
It's clear that the company has demonstrated positive trends in terms of revenue growth, profitability, and the development of new revenue streams. These are all strong indicators of a healthy and forward-looking business.
The suppression on the SP of BATM is criminal but it did seem like it was trending upwards before certain events occured. When a company like BATM maintains its fundamental strength and continues to innovate it would be impossible to say that it won't bounce back
It's important to focus on the company's long-term potential rather than getting discouraged by short-term price movements.
It's a shame about the number of shorters and turncoats who plague this stock, however i wouldn't let that deter anyone from investing. Fantastic fundamentals will prevail during times of uncertainty for the business. I see the current share price as win compared to what it could have been due to macroeconomic events.
BATM just announced another cyber security order worth $3 million from a long-standing government defense department customer. They'll be providing advanced hardware and software-based cyber solutions. I like the fact that it mentions that most of the delivery is expected to be completed within the next six months. This order adds to their previous wins, including a $3.4 million order in September and a $26 million order earlier this year. It seems like BATM is doing really well given the circumstances.
Agreed Nutmeg, it is impressive that BATM continues to do good business despite the ongoings in Israel. I doubt Big investors will want to pump investment into such volatility unfortunately. Once all is resolved i think we have some big price action to look forward to.
BATM's business operations across different countries definitely helps mitigate any potential disruptions that might arise from national service requirements in Israel. Of course the tragic events unfolding are going to negatively affect the share price but as the statement they put out suggests, it wont have an effect on trading. Alwaysone, personally i think this might be a good time to buy in from an investors stand point in order to buy in cheap, i am definitely averaging down. Hopefully these tragic events resolve soon and we can enjoy some positive price action!
Averaging down nicely which is a bonus, I never shy away from market volatility. Hopefully the conflict in the East resolves quickly and peacefully.
Shameful comments by Dartron and frankly quite embarrassing pretending he wasn't aware of current affairs, I would do the same rResistance and filter out his posts, however i do find them entertaining from time to time.
Incontext, BATM's recent challenges aren't unique, but they do offer valuable insights into the importance of resilience and adaptability. The spotlight on Edgility's growth in the cybersecurity sector holds promise for the company's future.
It's true that the recent events in Israel and the broader region have introduced added risk to this investment due to the geopolitical instability. It's important to monitor the situation carefully and consider the potential impact on BATM.
While it's challenging to predict how the stock will perform in the short term, you can certainly maintain a positive outlook for the long term if you believe in the fundamentals of the company. BATM has shown resilience and the ability to bounce back over time therefore i remain positive.
New Survey reveals Edge is taking off. I'm patiently awaiting new Edgility orders
NEW YORK; Sept. 2023 – New research from Accenture (NYSE: ACN) revealed that edge computing is set to accelerate innovation. Accenture surveyed 2,100 C-suite executives across 18 industries in 16 countries.
The study revealed that edge computing will be essential to remaining competitive in the future, according to 83% of the respondents. Meanwhile, 81% believe failure to act quickly can lock them out from the full benefits of the technology.
Seems like a bit of a teaser so one would think so, if this is the case there will likely be some bullish news soon
Great opportunity to average down if you caught the latest dips. Waiting for the next good news to ride the bullish wave. This is not just the 'dead cat bouncing'.
Nutmeg what would you define 'typical BATM SP movement' as? just curious.
Agreed Sensei, i feel as though BATM are holding their cards close to their chest at the moment even with all this positive news releasing. Definitely has the recipe for success but must be executed correctly.
BATM states it’s aim to launch a cyber encryption product in summer ‘24 aimed at the banking and financial services sector. The financial services encryption market was $1.68bn in 2020 and will reach $4.98bn by 2030. There is therefore plenty of scope for Celare to carve good business here. Israeli banks and UK/Israeli fintechs seem the obvious choice. Massive potential in yet another area for BATM
Of course Datron sold on the spike. His position on BATM is so transparent its laughable. I must say it does provide some entertainment to the forum.
Thanks Nutmeg good to see the daily mail waking up to BATM's huge potential.
Thanks Bluerill very insightful, this is good news and seems that interest in BATM is definitely growing.
