Following my quick scan this a.m. - I see none of the merry men (the resident ODX cheerleaders) have commented on said bonuses!!!

I can only assume you've been arrested by the SWAT team following Dave's complaint. Hopefully you have a better legal team than the ODX mob... hopefully yours knows how to understand legal terminology.

Well said djframboise - all this sea of negativity on a share price that has fallen -98% from all time highs makes no sense to me too.

I suspect all these derampers are being paid £££ to post or are looking for an entry point to get back in.

If the directors aren't buying at these prices - why should you!!!

Most investors have found themselves holding stocks that trade sideways – or worse still, remain on a declining pathway for years. At times investors will have contributed significant capital to these positions, averaging down hoping that the expected valuation uplift will be just around the corner.

Surely – companies that trade at very low PE’s will eventually be noticed by buyers? And if not now – that high dividend yield will provide a buffer until they do! The company has after all said to investors that the operational problems are just temporary… they are working on fixing the balance sheet…

Or these companies are cheap for a reason…. the dividend will NOT be paid… operational problems are entrenched… and they are on a one-way path… to nowhere.

This is the value trap.

If I was to retype it for a 3rd time - guess what it would be different. But the underlying message would still be the same:

Why isn't the board (with all the internal information they possess) buying at these levels; if they believe the stock is so undervalued. Any sane person would hoover up every single stock. Yet they do nothing but twiddle their thumbs and collect their wages and pension (and the odd expensed lunch and drinks).

Answer: they don't believe it!

You must be loving these levels Dave. Chance to hoover up shares at c. 2.5 when they be 12p in no time.

Imagine if you were the CEO or CFO of a company which you believed to be seriously undervalued and were privy to all the inside information- what would you do -

A) Sit back and keep collecting your wages and pension.

B) Buy all the shares you could. Remortgage and plough into ODX. TR1 incoming.

Which option has the board chosen...

If they don't believe, why should you?
