Market manipulation through misleading statements or impressions is also a criminal offence under sections 89-91 of the Financial Services Act 2012, subject to penalties of up to ten years imprisonment and an unlimited fine on indictment.
''Who are the bashers working for, probably a competitor.''
I am employed by a Chinese firm who is worried that ODX (I know) will become a global player and take over the space like it did with LFTs. As a result I am paid £1,500 for every post I made. And triple that if a mor on like Bognor5-0 tries to hype up this deadstock and gets shot down.
Dave's desperation... he's had so many chances to sell up and walk away but his stupidity in the face of the facts has left him with c. -90% fall in his holding. His desperate attempt to average down was the classic case of throwing good money after bad in the vain hope of recouping losses...
Could have sold at 55p!!!!!!!!!!! Instead doubled up on the way down to 2.5p.
Boombag... I'm afraid you're slow on this one. Jag's salary increase will have already been confirmed. And bonus will be higher than the last one given he's manage to keep the lights on. Let's wait for Reggie boy to come out with a summary of his high level meeting with the BOD.

Reggie did leave us with a lot of memories - telling anyone that ODX was well as it was burning down behind him. He was last seen with a 'CDTA Thursday' tattooed on his forehead running off with Colin to start a new life. Reggie welcome back indeed looking forward to the BS again from a proper fantasist. Puts Dave in the shade. But many hear still remember you - so no funny business please.
A gem from the Reggie archives (after ODX Towers was already in flames)
''Yep. People need to remember that ODX is about more than Covid. It's a share for long term investors rather than 10% traders...''
RE: Qu: When did it all start to go wrong at ODX?6 Sep 2023 15:35
Exactly. When Richard Sneller was in situ one feels they knew they had to toe the line and do what was best for shareholders or feel his wrath given the shares he held. When he departed decisions started being made in favour of the few than the masses...
Green stripe Dave - let me guess. ''Who's this Richard Sneller bloke - never heard of him''...
