Rather than putting the company on notice they blame the 'derampers' as if we have any part of the Jag's/Lees decision making process. £150k bonuses - did anyone know until DSAF pointed it out? Personally I would have reduced salaries by half and the other half (£75k) paid in shares only if targets hit.

Try asking Colin King... still on the market for a job - how long since he left??? Not easy out there once a prospective employer looks at your track record! I can't see Jag earning £150k outside of ODX, let alone £300K. Paid a bonus for selling off the family silver. WTF.
...in shares as this would align themselves to the share holders. Or at least have a claw back option.

There's no confidence amongst the BOD... when you're earning £300K + you'd think the company are flying. They are running a company valued less than (£6m???) - so they've just earnt over 10% of the companies value. If there really was belief they would have received their bonus in shares...
Instead they buy shares totally only 1.4% of their combined compensation (for Joger + Leas). Comes across as lets just buy a pitiful amount to please the Cheeses/Daves of this world.
Truly outstanding state of affairs. Would love to know the remuneration process and who came up with those numbers.
What do you rampers think? £300K was fair?
It would be interesting to get DJCheese's view on the whole salary / bonus debacle (from someone who things all is well).

Sorry to hear that Captain. Be grateful... DjCheese and Bognor5-0 are only getting share options that vest once the SP hits 12.01p hence their callous nature of trying to suck in new investors.

If the share remains below 12p this week I am in line for a bonus of £150,000 by a faceless being who will profit hugely by having a non entity company in Scotland that hasn't managed to produce let alone sell anything of note continue to ride SPs of historical lows.

Unfortunately this was an all or nothing shot, and we ended up losing. There is no question the product was good enough, sadly for the investors, the management weren’t. That’s the bottom line. A better (or even vaguely capable) management team would have been able drive this forward. This was a stark and painful demonstration that a product being good isn’t enough to create a business, you need a management team capable of getting it to market to succeed. Cheers SL

A) To prevent anyone new being sucked into this filth of a share.
B) I'm paid £100 to post negative things about a share that is -98%.
c) I'm looking for a lower entry point as I believe Paul Daniels will appear and rerate this to all time highs.
