A reality check is that most LTHs expect this first IM be of low value. It’s NOT about it being of substantial proportion it’s proving the concept, with over 7k + comments you should know better SB. Until this IM is finally signed, sealed and deliver, have you actually considered the fact of an NDA in place. Global manufacturer (not named) any rational reason for that do you think? Value, how can you give a value other than estimated on something that again isn’t complete? So AZ says this first one is worth 15million to SYME then it falls through, complete wipeout.. For once why don’t you stop bashing the share and be objective and rational in your thought process.

How can they reveal the amount of money to be earned when the contract hasn’t been signed? There’s probably an NDA in place until
completion hence why they haven’t yet revealed the company in play aswell. Surely basics !!!!!

Wasn’t quite the rns i’d hoped for but a mixed bag. Whilst any update is a good sign on AZs word (for a change) the facts still remain it is still not signed, sealed and delivered, a tad disappointing. Okay we are now led to believe completion today be next week (but parties committed) still doesn’t men it won’t fall through . Not trying to be negative and hopefully the market responds positively after all we need it to help claw back some losses (on paper).

Your first line is your guaranteed entitlement which is not scalable. These are the ones in OO. The second are your excess shares entitlement which is scalable subject to demand. You cannot buy these unless you take up your guaranteed entitlement first. Both options should be free of any purchase fees.. Hope this helps

So IM impending. We all know it’s not going to be the greatest but it is all about the POC and where we then go from there. How many lay in the background, if any? A long time coming but personally i think we’ll get hammered back down to around .006 then the OO isn’t as appealing. Also when after the OO is taken up how much longer can we expect a consolidation in SC? As i said just mulling????.. Now do i take the OO and think fck it in for a penny in for a pound that is the question.

On AJBell your allocation is under the details tab however you have to wait for a second corporate action in due course where it will then give you your option to buy but not until then..

Nothing really new to the party but another shedload of waffle… With the figures, the rest seems to be an op update .. All figures quoted are “potential” nothing yet concrete, how much longer may i ask. Anyway like most i’m considerably down and suspect analysts predicting 3.5, 16 well we are a still a long long way of that unless a miracle is forthcoming. Where would we be without TF, probably sold down the river. Cmon Az get your finger from up your arris and start to deliver…

Another day passes by and have to say the faith is being stretched a little. In theory you would have thought what a brilliant concept but we are a start up company and it takes time. I assume AZ has been told to reign in his expectations and blowing his own trumpet after constant poor setbacks and failure to deliver on his words nobody elses. The accounts and update presumably next week don't fill me with confidence however TF seems to be holding its own in what again appears to be a good acquisition but the question is - is it keeping the lights on for SYME. Like many on paper I'm down by more than I would want to be. Another recession imminent, which would be a great time to finally get this IM over the line sooner rather than later. I cant see a significant rise this year despite broker views, every rise will be massively sold into and the 10%s will get their days. 16p broker view, right now id be happy to see 1/2 a penny. GLA

However, it should now only be a matter of time, but how much longer. The effects of the pandemic, another recession looming, surely now is AZs and SYMEs time to fly….
