There’s two ways I’m looking at today’s RNS.
Both allude to smart decisions by SS, the first if it becomes the biggest thing since sliced bread we have a greater % percentage return, 9nwards and upwards. Secondly, should it not be as big and the commerciality they expected then their % holding yes is greater but of a lesser amount. So by acquiring more interest means more cash directly. Why would you give away a percentage of a lesser than expected return knowing you may need more cash to meet obligations...

Today, I called AJ Bell chasing up the conversion of shares from paper to electronic shares regarding the above takeover etc.... It doesn’t look good, here is their response that has just come through.

Further to our telephone conversation our corporate actions team have advised me that they are still processing the settlement of the
stock in CREST, our overseas agent. This process can take from 14 weeks up to a year.

At least the statement of having in excess of 24 months of funding in place bodes well. That’s just under two years so this is certainly not for the 10 percenters

Complete rely agree, BMD, Dan Levi, & all associated with guerilla investing have been ramping this since January.. Go on the site and trawl back, you will always see a small caution in their writing somewhere to show somewhat balance to the argument. I for one wouldn’t touch this with my ex’s curtains !!!
