A few more warrants taken, it’ll pay a wage this week i suppose!!
Works both ways though. All negative or positive gets slated. This is stuck at these prices for the next few months imo. The shares in issue are confetti numbers until they bring in a consolidation, which could be a 5000-1 which will be robbery!
The only RNS incoming today will read “all resolutions duly passed.”
A formality and then yawn while the SP slips sub 11 unless AZ has a rabbit in the hat..
Same old same old buy on rumour, sell on news
I missed ydays rns about the above..
Can i company consolidate the shares in circulation before the warrant exercisable date? Surely it wouldn’t make sense to do it? Just a random thought..
Well another rns and several more months of Venus selling, depressing the sp or at best maintaining current levels.
Yesterdays meet and greet so to speak wasn't any different really from the previous one. It was only there to re-iterate the companies business model now we have moved over to sets for those that are or we’re not aware of what we do. The drop in SP is probably more to do with todays rns being leaked.
Having said all this, they did mention about the prospect of a share consolidation, no real surprises there then with the amount we have in issue. I was hoping we’d have it the 1p at least by year end but unless we hit a boomer few rns then alas can’t see it happening till 24 earliest. Hopefully i’ll be out before the consolidation, cause Pi’s rarely benefit from it!!!
Might throw in a cheeky monkey if it suns .1 today
Just a thought on warrants. Once exercised, is there a holding period before selling?
Call me a cynic but AZ buying shares at lets say below some of our warrant price allocation, will probably net him or Avantgaurd a few sheckles
Surprise us AZ and tell us youve agreed to monetise 1.2 billion of stock for Adidas, i wish!!! ????
About time we had some meat on the bone. Glad i haven’t cashed my warrants, looking overpriced atm. Come AZ, the silence is deafening. Surely not been sat on your arris whilst waiting for pnp???
That took some reading!
Looks like words of previous RNSs hence the rinse and repeat. Two years down the line and the slow process continues. Looks like i may not see any profits for at least another year. An increase in in the last quarter but i can see another fund raise in the pipeline. In the bottom drawer again, one day, maybe one day AZ will put some significant meat on the bone but i’ve decided to write this off now… I’m sure i will die before any rewards are given. Well there’s always the weekend to look forward to.
Come on AZ, bring us a bit of festive cheer….
and the bank likes to lose a million does it?? A loan with no business plan or outlook, i’m sure the bank went “here you go AZ, go put it on red.”????
Mornington, where did you get 160million it’s 1.6mill
no my original extra was approx a million they gave me approx 950k
Yes.. Received approx 95% of my extra shares and also warrants now showing in my AJ Bell acc..
Cal, previous rns on the 29th july???? Didn't say go back further...... Wording changed to planned, admittedly AZ had made some timescale errors but as i said that was covered in the 29/07 rns
Where in the previous rns does it STATE it is due to complete, last week, it only said planned!!! See below
Stop getting your knickers in a twist and learn to read and digest all the written content, one party may have had unexpected business to complete, the final sign off person could be ill, all legitimate reasons. Investors hold for gold whilst gamblers gamble they'll never win enough to satisfy their souls hence the muck they spread on BBs.
All Parties are fully committed to the formal completion of the IM transaction, following each parties final internal approval process which, with reference to the Client Company (a global manufacturer), is planned for next week.
The Company will provide further updates in due course, including details regarding the revenue impact of the IM transaction executed.
How many on here have a had a loan/mortgage? Probably 90%, so what are you not getting about the finance structure?
Client requires loan
Lender- agreement in principle
due diligence
offers Ts & Cs
client accepts Ts & Cs and signs off
Lender - Final due diligence signs off then draws down. There’s no more sub-prime where you can close your eyes. The fact the client has accepted and signed off is a plus in any bodies eyes. Wake up..
So there we have it, already scaremongering and panic attacks as no rns in on the first two rounds. Oooh these 10%ers make me chuckle… Hold for gold!!
