Unfortunately this business has been solely to pay wage for staff and not for shareholder returns. I once spent a few hours totting up all the fundraisings and losses this company has made since it floated and it was scary, from memory the losses are hundreds of millions and similar number is the funds raised over the years. 15-20 years ago it was a £3+ stock with a big market cap and they used to be able to raise scary amounts. I do not think it's ever made a decent profit....anyway the big premium buyer at 0.1275p has sold for 0.15p....perhaps they slipped in the kitchen making a cuppa and banged their head then sat on pc and bought these...was a suicide trade from the start

Warning Rns Friday 1.17p NAV and current price to buy 3 times that. Bit risky to chase after that especially when the price is miles higehr than NAV

That you bailing out today, seems to be a seller of size hitting them at any price they can get. Just noticed results came out as well this morning and they were not too good.

Craziest trades I've seen all year. To pay such a premium in a company that is and has been bust for a very long time. If it was not for Tao this would have been gone 10 years ago. Suicide mission unless the decimal pump and dump squad chase it. Never a day goes by where you do not see some crazy action on Aim.

Make sense of the late 2 holdings announcements ?

Can a stock announce a deal in India and the founder of the company buys back a big stake and people sell on no increase in the price. I bet this stock will trade a lot higher in 2017 when the penny drops.

You would think so but this is Zoo who are incapable of raising the profile. But at least you this is a winner waiting to happen. There is stale bulls around hence you still get sellers into any rise but I feel very soon this will just take off. Worth buying any dips now, word is slowly getting around. I mean 3 mil cap 500k+ profits interims and a string of deals in the far east, their margins are high so this could translate into big profits in time. And of course the old CEO and founder now decides he wants to buy back in and gets a good chunk so he must know something too. A very strong hold until it reaches a fairer value of at least twice the current price

One day all of this news will just click and the herd will be piling into this when it's 50-100% up. Profitable and highly profitable, interims of over 500k next to a 3 mil cap is impressive. Tie ups in middle easter markets and a tie up today in India, blimey if this was MOS announcing that on the website the shares would be going mental. Then on top of that the founder of the company who previously held zero stock having sold out around 2011 pops up out of nowhere with 1.5 mil or 4.68%.... multi-bagger waiting to happen

They have a history of spending all gains on research/keeping up with the Jones's but maybe now they are about to deliver some shareholder gains. I've held some for ages but it's today's news that suddenly makes things a lot more interesting. In 2011 he sold the last of his Zoo shares and today he announces he has bought back in 4.68% so far so what plans does he have, or what does he know?

I agree that is a great phrase. Sentiment is something that is devoid in my stocks currently. But that is a very interesting development the founder of ZOO out of the blue buys 4.68% having sold out years ago. Now why would he do that at this stage and what does he know. Maybe he sees what some of us see is a profitable company now with great margins and fingers in a lot of new pies. The liabilities are mostly convertable loan at 48p a share.

Hey I'm stuck in MRS so Mubl is doing great next to that :-)) I just used to love this stock but these days it just chugs along. I was shocked when I saw the rise today and then no reason for it. It's just old habits here with high turnover and very low margins. Take out cash and you have £1.1 mil. I guess if they can lift profits to 200k and generate any cash not burn it then it's a fair argument for value although not spectacular but there's plenty of worse stocks out there in this market. But it looks like major shareholders aka management want to cash in their chips now. ps camkite have a look at Zoo, old Ceo and founder has bought over 4.5% out of the blue

Yes but they will not suddenly jump to £1 mil profits next time. This is like owning a market stall or fish and chip shop. You will make so much out of it but it will be almost impossible to breach a certain level. So I see a sale of all their assets and a return of cash to shareholders but I do not think much more than current levels so if you get any more of a spike I'd offload into the strength.

Cannot see them getting too much more than current price if they sell off all business's, they make a profit but only a tiny one. Birdseed side is more a steady earner each year then explosive growth, there is only so much you can squeeze out of this. Guess it's the old classic Aim get it up 20% and people pile in blind, this one I know well, it's very illiquid one minute you cannot buy next you cannot sell. Beware of being impaled here.

Camkite, while I agree it's cheap you cannot start comparing to the days of £3 a share....it used to make and distribute cd's etc for supermarkets....now it makes birdseed :-))

Just incase of miracles that anybody actually reads this thread or bothers to read a Rns and understand in. This chap ran ZOO for a long time, he had a stake then sold it and now out of the blue declares a good stake so what does he know or intend to do. Just incredible this AIM market, rubbish going through the roof and this news does not even get a 1% rise.

Not sure that update is really that good but I guess the share price has dropped a lot as well but for me I will leave it.

Stock that used to have a busy thread now dead here. The last set of numbers were excellent and I reckon the next set will be brilliant. So many contracts started on the website but never much in the way of a Rns. There is likely to be another jump in turnover and a good profit announced next to a small market cap. Out of the blue this will come good again.
