RE: Stands out bargain2 Mar 2017 23:24
ps like this bit "Given this is AIM, and companies regularly dilute their shareholders and achieve nothing, I'm more than happy with this sort of dilution, because receiving $2.5M, (£2M sterling), in cash for 3.8M shares is the equivalent to a placing at a sp of 66p"
ps...what kind of value do you give a business that delivers dividends of £4 million in a year, that has to be worth a tidy sum for a company that owns 51% and is only worth £6-7 mil ?
Also the 50k buy took out all the size. It was N/T at the close to buy so it's clearly illiquid both ways demonstrated by the stupid person who first paid a premium for 18791 and paid 11.19p when 11p offer then later when 9p bid sold them back to the mm for 8.6p what a genius trader, not often you see the same trade pay a premium then sell for a discount, you often see people buy high then sell low within a hour or so but never like that :-))
