If Aldenham set up the company in Aug 2013 with the sole purpose of taking over the companies surely Travelzest had to release an RNS in the last couple of months stating that they were in talks with them about an approach for the company? No way was this done in a few hours.

So openjaw have stated that the cruise professionals are also included in the deal. Is this good or bad for us?...
