Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
I’m assuming it will drop with the new shares coming into play at 40p and then hopefully rises again in next few weeks with otc and other news that should arise….
The £43k and £32k were likely sells if you look at the time of trade. The sell price was 43.65 then.
Drop could be due to investors getting bored. Patrick’s telegram message basically asked investors to be patient as they have to get everything spot on with the regulators. This probably means that nothing is going to happen in the immediate future so traders will look at other shares in the meantime with the view to coming back here again.
I agree with Sanboy that work is happening behind the scenes and no doubt they will release news once they are listed in the US. However, their April RNS states that they expect their mining operation to begin within 30 days and thus start producing revenue. It's 4 months later and we still haven't heard anything more. I appreciate that it's 'the bridge' is why we are invested but if mining is not happening now or if revenue has begun then it would be good to know. Surely shareholders should be updated on this?
It’s not a lie. Richard says he’s not aware of any mess and that everything is good. Which number did you ring?
Right, just got off the phone to Richard Poulden. He said everything is sorted regarding SEC regulation in regards to the classification of US equities via NFTs. I have also text my best mate, David Lenigas and he confirms he is still buying and will issue a TR1 in due course. They say they have never spoken to a Blackxbag. I did say that just might be his surname so his full name could be Kevin or John Blackxbag but they still don’t know him. I expect you all to trust me with what I have wrote so all is now good with Valereum.
I don’t understand why anyone with supposedly such a large holding still would post negative comments about a company they were invested in? Surely you would keep your ‘knowledge’ to yourself until you and your friends are completely out of the share? Makes no sense
You can trade this on HL but will have to do a fill or kill. Although they seem to be very quick with the fill and kill on this at the moment....
Just picked up 23,021 shares. Paid a little more than I wanted but in grand scheme of things it doesn’t really matter!
Someone posted this on Twitter earlier. The legal advisers to FPP are Hill Dickinson. One of their specialities are dealing with the following. https://www.hilldickinson.com/sectors/life-sciences/medical-cannabis
Thought it was an interesting link.....
Totally agree with this. They may have the results tomorrow but they may need to analyse those results before rushing to put out an rns. Could be next week or a touch longer before we see an rns. We just have to be patient
Not sure if this will ever reach £1 as that will be over a £450mil market cap and AAA is still under £300mil regardless of the amount of times it has shot up. Hard to even think of these figures until we know exactly what the plan is but based on the options with the directors and the recent placing the share price is likely to be multiples of today in the next few months...
I would think the drop is due to people changing their trading strategy due to Boris' news yesterday. A lot will get out of Covid Stocks and move into something else. Simple as that. There are others who think certain Covid stocks will grow in the foreseeable future. BRH hasn't changed for me. The government has confirmed we will need testing for a long time to come so I do not feel a need to sell this share....
Remember, Prof. Carl Smythe also posted a screenshot last month showing a positive result on analysis within 90 seconds so it could be even faster than a 5 minute test.....
Just because no covid stock has gone above £2-£3 it doesn’t mean this won’t on no sales. Share price is irrelevant and shouldn’t be compared. It’s all about number of shares in issue and the market cap. If there were only a million shares in issue then this could be £100 a share. Makes no sense to compare to other covid stocks unless they all had exactly the same shares in issue and exactly the same product...
I am confident as Prof. Carl Smythe's Twitter handle is still down as Carl'Fast, Sensitive Covid-19 Test' Smythe. He is a well respected scientist among his peers. He posted a photo of the inner workings of the device along with a comment stating, 'enough excitement for one day' only yesterday. If results are not positive then it is going to be extremely embarrassing for him next week. I just can't see how it wont be positive.......
This was posted by Prof. Carl Smythe on Twitter in the last hour: (he seems confident)
OR....,they could execute a test THERE and THEN, if it was sufficient rapid, sensitive and safe to do so.
I think that’s quite a good idea, if only someone had thought of it.......
Chunky trade for £43.40k posted afterwards. I would assume a buy as was at 40.00p and all sells were sub 40.00p today.....
I’m sure I read on one of the forums that James Sharpe was this guy - https://uk.linkedin.com/in/james-sharpe-02842b32
Haha. Yes, that makes more sense. Obviously misread it. Should drink more coffee in the morning before posting.....
