Why would they begin blasting 2 hours late.

I can't see why it is funny. 5p is a pivotal resistance point and highly significant. Of course the share price will reach double figures but not today. 5p is relevant today.

Everything over 5p right now is a buy. 5.08 is the lowest can get online.

I think it is true to say that the price set to issue new shares will have to be acceptable to all. However if it were set somewhere between the then current price and say the previous 20 working days average price then there would be no cause for complaint. I think the value released is huge so if we take a moderate hit on finance it will still be great value for all shareholders.

I suspect the share price will not go above 7p until the finance deal is documented and approved by the shareholders at an EGM. The current share price movement is largely insignificant in my opinion and just represents positions being taken for the obvious share price appreciation into production. First blasting is a milestone and Alberto will not miss the opportunity to grandstand the event. I suspect that first blasting video and pictures will wake some up who had written EMED off as a bunch of dreamers.

It was just the last traded price. It means absolutely nothing.

They will stockpiling the ore ready for test cycles and commissioning. We will see plenty of action over the next few months as Rio Tinto wakes up. Very exciting times.

Is proving a bit of a hurdle.

I suspect you would rather have the million shares. I am controlling two other portfolios in addition to mine and between the three I now have 4 million shares. Seemed ok at 3.5p now looks scary at 5p. I will not be letting any go in single figures and none until 9 mtpa is stabilised. Hopefully the share price will start with a 2 by then.

Difficult to buy in any decent volume again today. A small amount of buying and the market will have to hunt for sellers.

I cannot see how dilution will cause a drop in the SP. The dilution will unlock a massive amount of value and will enable the last stages of commissioning. I think the size of the final finance package will surprise many; it will be smaller than previously disclosed and will go beyond the base case start-up in my opinion. I see little risk of any significant pullback; finance is not expected for another month or so.

Is rising because the funding is soon to be announced, the resource update is near term and the construction is nearing completion. Large sells are bed and ISA deals. There is very little stock available ; who would sell now. The chart is about to reverse.

We will experience some dilution but we will also experience the value of Rio Tinto in production and that will be worth much much more than the dilution. I believe we are seeing the share price correct towards the top of the current range into the finance news release. I believe from there we will see the recent downtrend reverse back towards 10p. I believe you will have to wait until the upgrade plans are known and in motion before we see much more than 10p but the mid to long term goals must be multiples of that 10p.

Some are simply bed and ISA trades and some look like buys which could be straight ISA buys. Great timing for those looking to add.

It seems to me that long term holders have had many opportunities to sell and many opportunities to buy where they could have returned value. The fact that they have not done that shows a lack of application in my opinion. The lazy buy and hold no matter what should not be seen as some kind of badge of honour but more a badge of stupidity. This chart is full of opportunity however many have chosen to ignore it or worst still abuse those who have been diligent and proactive. I agree with Malkis that Alberto has turned this ship around, the rocks were looming and he has steered clear. Unfortunately the share price has still behaved as if the company were about to run aground but that will change in the near term. That is the opportunity here for those who cannot see it. My suggestion is that if you are a long term holder on a high average that it may be a good idea to buy more shares.

There's plenty to talk about PR wise and I think Alberto will not miss the opportunity to spread the word. There are many out there who no of Emed but know nothing of the recent progress and the near term production plan. The first Copper in concentrate will be produced in test runs in just a few months time. It seems likely to me that the extent to which the company are ahead of the schedule and below the cost assumptions will catch the market unawares. Just a matter of waiting now.

I suspect has dropped because it has been costing more to produce each ton than the value of the sale. That should be coming to an end now. The figures due in a couple of weeks will be poor again, that much has already been disclosed. This is all about where MWA are going in the future. The nickel forecasts were for much higher prices but were completely wrong. I see no reason to trust any of the forecasts. Commonsense suggests to me that excess supply has been going to the warehouses as investment but at some stage that will be released. Either at much higher levels or when the holders perceive its no longer a good investment. I expect short term that nickel will remain low.

I don't think there were many sells; about 520k I suspect. The cost of buying Emed went from 3.62 to 4.00 and 4.25 for the 250k. I think we are in a lateral phase in the chart as part of a trend reversal, although we are at the bottom of the range. I believe we will see the range break up on finance news but before that we will move into the top of the current trading range as early interest builds. I can see plenty of positive news ahead that will drive the share price.

That is the 4th 250k buy of the day. I do not think it is a big ouch; someone is trying to build a position and it is hard work at the moment. Very little in the way of selling today with many of the 3.62 trades being buys (one mine) I suspect they are trying to get them in before the new ISA season when we can expect higher demand. Buying in any decent volume was near impossible today with paying beyond the going rate. I see the trend reversing and very soon events will become high profile; the funding is in my opinion a done deal but I suspect many will wait for that before chasing this SP to double figures on production. I now have my target holding and will only add again in the finance package if I get the chance or if there are any dips. I am here for the mid to long term but will be targeting a free-carry to retain at least 60% of my current holding.
