KnowledgeBank - Seems to me we have a very committed and incentivised BOD who are growing this company at a satisfactory and diligent fashion. Ultradex seems an inspired acquisition with commercial growth in existing and new markets giving a positive uptrend. I see this as LTH that should grow nicely. Fully expect the Divi to be increased as the growth continues. Not a traders stock but one that may attract interest from larger competitors if progress is maintained.

Couple weeks since last post on the BB. Seems to me this is a good LTH - the company is moving in the right direction. BOD are committed and hold a good percentage of shares.. Ultradex is a good acquisition and the re invigorating and PR has clearly had a good result. Ultradex product should continue to exceed expectations and is now being marketed and re launched - early days here , so much more to come with this one product. Other products coming on line, production and distribution facility in Italy booming-this is a massive asset with a considerable increase in capacity factored in. EBITDA is bullish.

results should perk this stock up.

Bigrig - good question. It simply relates to the liquidity (available shares to trade) and how the MM (market makers) achieve orderly trading . The spread will be a lot less than published and in some circumstance's it may suit to provide a negative picture. Where there is lack of selling the MM's will look for avenues to collect shares. Shares I issue and hard core holders will make this a interesting share to follow. Great investment case here, so much more to come. Fascinating week ahead.

Yep coming weeks should be interesting, wouldn't rule out further contract announcements and update on grant app.

well they said expect contracts an we have had some this line from the interims shows huge confidence on how the Chairman sees the company progressing:- "With increased exposure through trade press and product placement at a greater number of industry events and trade shows than in previous years, both in the UK and overseas, we are well placed to achieve our goal of doubling unit sales over the forthcoming year."

Yep on the whole read well, 26% increase in half year turnover, suggesting of more contracts to be announced. Grant to be resubmitted. Looks good going forward and Chairman not called upon for working capital support during the period.

Yep some nice contracts ( more than in previous years it would appear). Interims in the next couple of weeks and news of grant.

They cant have much left to dump, they were under a notifiable interest following the sell on 28/2 (presumably the 300k) so they are down to the remnants with yesterdays 300k. Would like some more under 3 today if possible.

interesting to see the year end results to see what cash is left. There was £2 mill end of June with cash burn of 1.1mil for the first 6 months. A placing seems not too far away.
