EUA have proven their provenance. The board have proven their worth.
The market knows who we are.
Unfortunately that also includes the unethical shorters with their unsavoury activities.
I could have sold at 1p, 2p, 5p 7p, 13p, (sold a few around 23p), 25p, 30p ... but I'm in for the endgame.
It may rollercoaster to the finish but we're nearly there.

I can only echo GLG's post.
This has been one hell of a rollercoaster and the board has been great.
I would likely have sold a chunk of my holding after the rise to 7 but the BB kept me hooked - then suspension locked me in.

This is the most amazing rollercoaster of a share I have ever invested in.
Years hovering around 0.5p/0.6p, lovely rise, short attacks, (filter the derampers), nice jump, suspension, suspension, suspension, big jump, attempted short attacks, MM shenanigans, settle into normal AIM behaviour, big range for day trading, sudden leap in SP. Now, hopefully, BINGO!
I hope all LTHs and new investors make their dreams come true with this one.
I have now 60 bagged on my initial investment, am on a free ride, and will be waiting for the Sale RNS (asset or company) from the BoD.
This BB has been fascinating and fun so my thanks to all those who've swabbed the decks particularly hard since September.

The botfly deficiency is in itself interesting.
We've moved into perfect territory for their inexcusable antics through Friday's sharp rise, yet there are no green coffins in my timeline.
Have they perhaps heard the slightest whisper of something?

We’re in an ‘offer period’.
AND we’ve appointed DLA Piper.
In all the divestments and joint ventures I’ve done I never appointed the lawyers until we were agreeing the contractual terms. They’re too expensive

Glasgow party to be in the Red Sky Bar
Having been involved in divesting assets, setting up JVs and prepping companies for IPO, I see nothing unsettling about DS’s new role. As the principal Agent i would run negotiations to the agreed principles and report back to my Principals. This can work well to take you to the point where you need to make big final decisions. These are always the domain of the Principals so it can make sense to have them more intimately involved on a daily basis. This is especially true if decisions are required on multiple, often conflicting, offers from multiple bidders. Dimitry is the key shareholder here. He is the man the BoD have to convince. Having him as Chief M&A officer means the decisions can be taken at the table, knowing that they will receive shareholder approval.
Equally having JN as the transition CEO gives recognised strength to the execution team.
I remain heavily invested here.

Flip side of this is that I did a couple of the 50,000 sells.
NOT because I have lost any faith in the BoD - luckily I still have millions of these - but because I needed some drinking money for a mountain biking trip. (Or my wife's birthday present, if she's reading this ;-) ).
My belief in the share remains where it was when we started moving from 0.5p and I topped up my original holding sub 1p.

Mr B
I think, in the current context, they are looking to formalise and adopt the procedures for holding an EGM without shareholders present if required, so that they can get a deal approved - whatever that deal may look like.

Those 100k sales will be mine. Nothing to do with losing any confidence in the share. I just wanted some cash. For me these have 40 bagged already and it’s only a small percentage of my total so I will be holding on for the sale as I have confidence in the BoD.

For me it'll be protect the gain and play with some.
EUA was a rather unique opportunity. They don't come along often, so take care to invest gains wisely.
I'll likely protect it in Property - not student flats, Gold - when it retraces, Cash and near-money, Bonds & ETFs, with a low risk appetite.
Play with up to 20% - on AIM, see where Lybrion are going, do some digital start-up work.
And swim the Hellespont again, paddle the Yukon river challenge and do a Fan Dance in my seventh decade; chop the Harley and take the rust off the Defender; and spend some quality time travelling with my wife if she cn put up with me fulltime.
GLA. I hope your ambitions here are all realised.
No advice intended so please, always, DYOR.
