So here’s the thing.
Wouldn’t it be likely that even a promised lowly 10p dividend would lead to a major rerating of the share price.
If the Board announce a dividend and the date of record, then wouldn’t you expect high interest from IIs and Special Situation funds to buy heavily with the intent of catching the divi and selling after the ex-dividend date. Couldn’t a 10p divi rerate the share price to £1 if the IIs know they can make a safe 10% return in a few weeks.

I like the fact that ACF Equity Research think they are going to be busy for the next few days.

We're range-bound. This is AIM. Newsflow is king.
The MMs are playing their games and making their money. It verges on market manipulation at times, but they'd just say they're ensuring an orderly market.
The day traders have a range many will be comfortable trading in for their pittance percentages.
The shorters are playing their games and may be making small amounts. Maybe.
Me. I'm holding tight. This is an investment stock, not one for trading.
I sold a million shares on the way up and if I had had any doubts about the process I would have sold all the rest then. Am I annoyed I didn't get top dollar? Certainly. But I don't know anybody who can reliably call the top of the market.
Am I frustrated it's taking the length of time it's taking? Certainly. But this is a complicated process, especially if it's a JV. I've spent 15 months putting together a JV at £250m, never mind the £billions we're talking here.

I've found EIS/SEIS venture investments can be useful as offsets.
It's much more fun to seedfund startups and watch them than it is to hand over large amounts of wonga to the treasury.
At the end of the day you're likely still better off even if they all fail.

Agree with most of this.
But, from memory, didn't the Sinosteel EPC deal also include a mine finance package on a 10 year loan.
So Eurasia have the financing in place as well, if they choose to go down that route.

Can't fault the Power of 78 for optimism.
Leading into a long weekend close-down, would I take anything in their rather wide price range of £1.01 - £7.26 per share
Hell yeah.
(But then I've been in since 0.6p so I'm looking at a 200-bagger and upwards)

I'd been on the mountain bike round Strathblane then took a blast towards Drymen once I'd thrown the bike in the Defender.
Great view of the Ben as you shoot past Queen's view.
Cycled down from Luss through the golf course at Loch Lomond last week. Very nice it is too. If this FSP takes much longer they'll have reopened Cameron House.
And I nearly cycled to Dumbarton earlier in the week , but I stopped at Bowling harbour for a coffee and never got started again.

Could be either ongoing negotiation tactics or lining up official documentation before non-binding offers are finalised.
I’m thinking at least one offer before the snows melt here. And it’s March so the snow I can see on Ben Lomond is getting to its sell-by.

Interesting.
"USE OF PROCEEDS
The net proceeds from each issue of Notes will be applied by the relevant Issuer for its general corporate
purposes."
And just WHAT 'general corporate purposes' of a fully-functional, profitable global miner would require $15bn???
