I’m personally not that bothered by the PCR income. They did really well, made loads of cash, and it’s nice that they’re still getting a decent revenue from it, but I’m investing for the next stage now. Looking forward to hearing about the new product releases. They’re in a good cash position to build from here, unlike many small companies that have to issue shares or warrants or get into huge debt before their products even make it onto the shelves.
Jamrock, just my perspective. I myself had been waiting to buy back in here, and had set myself a window to start accumulating in mid march, with the anticipation of the new product releases from April. I believe it will rocket up again, as it normally moves substantially on low volume, so IMO when they RNS the new product line I think it will go on another big run. When I saw the spread narrow I decided to start building my position this morning as I didn't want to get left behind when it finally does start to move again. I suspect other investors could have had a similar approach hence the sudden uptick.
Well the charts are looking better now. Good support and looks ready to steady climb back up now IMO. Good interview on ********** with Greg. Reiterating that it takes time to introduce a new drug to a new market, but he feels they have made good progress on prepping the market for future sales, and converting the prescriptions to full price. Great to hear that he’s excited about the new insurance deals as well, as it seems a lot of prescribers don’t like writing the drugs if they’re not listed. Sounds promising.
Yeah it's pretty naive to think that because a market cap is currently £40m you can just buy the whole company for that price. Even right now it's going to negotiated trade on just a £3k buy quote, which means there's short stock on people willing to sell this low. If hypothetically there was only buys over the next couple of hours it wouldn't take much to bring the price up by a couple of pence. That would be a $4m increase in market cap. How much do you think the price would go up if a company wanted to try and buy 50%/£20m worth of stock? I know it's not that simple but it's also not the case that you can buy companies for their current market cap because of basic supply and demand.
What do you mean "GB ditching shares at 8p"? Where does it say that? I can't find an RNS about it.
Well I’ve been buying more at this price. IMO a bargain. Also it’s going to negotiated trade on any decent sized buy quotes so looks like the shorters are running out of steam. I’m happy to hold here now. Looking forward to any updates. GLA
You say it may take time to recover, but don’t forget they’ve all opened up short positions which have to be closed/which will have the effect of lots of buys. I’m expecting a jump up soon. It’s ridiculous the “target” their suggesting. Anyone can pick numbers out of the air it doesn’t mean it’s going to happen. Hey I might have a go myself now…. I think this will go to £1 tomorrow! Can you see how easy that was? :D
I’m optimistic here. The US revenue might not be what some people were expecting, but this is a repeat subscription model. If the drugs are working for people they are going to want to keep on taking them. It’s £100k, but the ball is rolling now so I would expect this figure to keep on rising, and once the word gets out on the products effectiveness and tolerability then that figure could ramp up very quickly. The US market is huge, and £100k is just a tiny fraction of what it could be. Also good news about the new deals. Upwards from here IMO
Looks like I was wrong yesterday, dropped below 60p now. You’re right xxxaccountant needs some news or could slowly plod along at these levels now. To be honest I was expecting another bounce after the big drops of Monday/Tuesday. Shows how much I know :/
Looks like it’s finished consolidating at this level. Decent support. Looks like it could be readying for a steady move up now IMO. The previous move happened too quickly hence the pull back earlier this week.
That’s exactly what I see Bridgdogg. And yes some people were making a big deal of the increased debt, but a large part of it is as you say, because of the acquisition of a business, which is profitable and growing. IMO it’s pulled back over the last couple of sessions partly due to the overall market, and mostly because it shot up from 50 - 80 in a few days. A 60% increase is a lot for a few days, and as we all know shares don’t go just straight up, they climb, with pull backs. I’m expecting it to climb higher from around here.
