Mad, opti will have to issue a TR1 soon as they were at 11.03%, with the dilution today they will drop to 10.91% so they have gone through a % point. The figure to look at is their holdings, last rns stated 24,940,639 shares held.

Mad, the only detail I need is the money, I dont care about anything else for now. I shall wait until the April launch for that.

1. Forced seller.

2. Traders.

3. Dropped on head as a child.

Hi Bazza, We are due an IM update so hoping to get clarification on the missing info in the last rns re forecasts and initial revenues, as Mad points out, other than that I don’t think there is a lot to say. If an rns drops fingers crossed it’s a good one, we could all do with it!

Farris, we won’t get any information on results, from the last rns.

Croda has now shared the conclusions of this testing with the SkinBioTherapeutics leadership team. The conclusions of its studies are all positive although no details will be released publicly due to the highly sensitive and competitive nature of the cosmetics market, as is normal industry practice.

Mad, I would guess Croda will be delivering revenues very soon since they have been forward selling since early summer, hence revenues expected before end of December. You are correct about them being world leader.

Elon, I agree with bel, it’s probably a buy, no way a MM offers you overs for 1m shares on a Friday. Someone has picked some up cheap imo.

Farris, you are correct we are well overdue especially with the debacle of the last rns. I expect at the very least we will get forecasts and trial readout by Dass and clarity on last rns and maybe acquisition no 2.

Bazza, I appreciate what you are saying re mid 24 and two acquisitions etc, hence why I think we are in show me mode.

Everyone is waiting for Croda but we have no idea of forecasts for year 1, I have heard everything from £25k to £2m and Dustbin just threw in an eg of £5m, as you can see, as clear as mud. I completely agree regarding the rns, hopefully that will be cleared up when we get the forecast asap.

Bazza, the market is in show me mode, which I completely understand. In a matter of weeks we will have Croda forecasts and possibly a second acquisition to take us to £6.3m revs and breakeven. I believe both Croda and SA will deliver, then it will be a totally different proposition.

Farris, hopefully we get a clarification rns. Also we are due Croda forecasts this month, which is the main thing for me. Hopefully sooner rather than later!
