Thought I would post this, I was logging on to my tally account today and must have entered my password wrong , my account was then frozen and I was advised to get in touch. So I let them know this afternoon by email , was not expecting a reply until Tuesday but I had received a response within the hour and my account was unfrozen. I thought that was excellent on two reasons 1. They’re dedicated and quick response. 2 . The tally app seems very secure .
