Anyone here expecting another push this afternoon when the US stock exchange opens?

For me ALRT was always one to buy and hold for a few years, I’m not expecting multi bags right away, though wouldn’t complain if it did of course!

I’ve been buying since 28/29p, and love what they doing - guess I’m just a bit frustrated I suppose!

Don’t often post here as plenty of more knowledgeable people making worthwhile points (including Katstrangler). My question is why no big increase in the SP given the large volumes and recent announcements

So how much are we getting? It’s not stated anywhere is it?

End of march is news to me. As far as I’m aware they are fully funded to the FID (final investment decision) and intend this to be via borrowing rather than issuing more shares. Not sure of the exact date of the FID but it’s probably circa 12 months away as production is planned for q1 2028

Completely agree. Production is 2 years away so these ups and downs are inevitable. Planning to top up if the SP goes a bit lower

Valii- I want to see a return on my investment so the main thing I want to see is the mine going into production. I’m happy for the output to go to America (assuming they pay the market price of course).

Gingy, I believe the next financing round is the “final investment decision”. If I recall correctly they want to achieve this by debt/borrowing, not equity. So current shareholders shouldn’t see any dilution.

Please correct me if I’m wrong though.

Definitely not complaining about the SP increase, but the FID is some way off isn’t it? So not sure a funding announcement is due or likely?

Yeah I also noticed the current increase isn’t really based on much volume, which suggests to me we could be back down in the 90’s or even 80’s again before too long - which is fine by me as I’ll top up.

Love Cornish Metals, but do remember production is 2 years away so still a few hurdles, twists and turns ahead!

Thanks to all of you for your insights this year. This is a great forum, appreciate all the comments, even the bearish ones!

I was kind of hoping the SP might drop to 45p or so as I’m keen to make a large-ish top up, looks like that ship might have sailed.

Anxiety, please go back through previous posts, all the information you need is there and has been covered. But in a nutshell the recommissioning is pretty much on schedule and has the funding it needs (government and private), until the FID.

Until we get closer to production we just need to accept nothing much will happen to the SP. Unless there’s a disaster of some sort I have absolutely no doubt this will ultimately multi bag - easily 5x, possibly even 10x from the current SP of 8p.

Really interesting- always thought China restricting REE exports was a bargaining tool. Had not considered they need them for their own manufacturing purposes 🙈
