I agree with Bojo's earlier comment, "Cheap either way". Spot on for me and really, when Scancell's SP gets re-rated (?), such a small difference will not be significant at all. Today the bid price shown here is, 11p.

RR recently recalled CEO's comment at the AGM, that Scancell was a "world leader in cancer immunology". That's a very bold statement by a person who is maybe not given to exaggeration.

Still a 'Strong Buy" IMO. Very . . . .

Bermuda agreed - apologies for myself I skipped the BDO slip because I enjoyed the relating of Mayo's pre-existing concerns about the cash position - and the resolution thereof. For myself early 2025 was OK but I see how much stronger the Scancell position is now!

Paul maybe the opening concern was that Scancell had a less than perfect assessment of the cash position. But IMO too Mayo was wrong about the BDO angle. Whatever, we got the cash. ATB

Bermuda - it's this to which you object, re. BDO - "they (BDO) may well have questioned the cash runway". I get your objection to that and IMO too, Mayo has that wrong, (but you've gone a bit heavy on your response).

Otherwise I think Mayo's opinion, that there was " definitely a problem with the cash runway" is fair enough. Now we have a great resolution of Mayo's pre-existing concerns anyway.

FWIW, I too wouldn't question those BDO statement - IMO we can take those at face value. So the CEO doesn't come into it.

Despite initial surprise at the cash raise, the success is more exciting with new Investors around too, cash in hand, it's foot on the pedal to data and hopefully deals. GLA
