It does take time to work through these things.

I believe Tullow, Shell and BP ae pursuing the correct strategy. I believe PMO, Iran and Aramco talk of increasing production is the wrong thing to do. The divergence should not apply collective punish of all oil companies. The sector should be split in line with strategic directions.

Its ridiculous dropping 50% in a month where the difference on oil price sold is $1 at most. The company long term forecasts as with other oil companies can change in either direction. China is to re-order oil supplies in two weeks.

Vaccines are not the only way to overcome Sars 2 or Covid-19. Synairgen are working on interferon inhalers and new materials and therapies are emerging. The kitchen sink is getting thrown at this problem and the winner gets far more than a Nobel prize.

If an effective vaccine arrives, the oil price moves up, global demand for oil goes up, inflation goes up, the population goes up, GDP goes up and everything else under the sun rockets upwards. If we do not get an effective vaccine to Covid-19 and it all becomes elusive than we have a potential demand problem and the biggest global depression coming into being. Today was a half glass empty view despite the fact that gasoline usage is rising.

I am not sure how many people in the FED or OPEC have qualifications in immunology or know the subject, but they may change their opinions once major vaccine trials are underway.

It costs $10M a month. July and August maybe over run on Ntomme well. I suspect its harvesting 2C to 2P from resources to reserves. The drill ship is why we are at break even end of year.

The USA storage has dropped from 102M oversupply since August 2019 to 71M oversupply. If the average draw down is 4M a week than 16 Dec or so is zero. Oil should then be $60 a barrel and Tullow SP moved to 55-60p.

The draw in Sept and Oct could be 50% higher. The market goes into deficit oil in December on current depressed demand. If full demand came back the market would be in deficit within 5 weeks (unlikely of course).

AAZ can still benefit from silver. Gold is up on weaker dollar so its more marginal benefit. AAZ still got a good bounce of late. This stock is October to December. Until they get high production again its being kept back. Expect AAZ to be choppy this quarter.

I strongly suspect that $21 silver is the new bottom and should be considered like $15 silver on previous metrics. This places 840p as being like 550p Fresnillo in old money. So 1200 Fresnillo is like 820p was back in 2019. The value of USD and pound has already changed. We need to move away from charts and perhaps think in a different way.
