I am holding as the 25 April meeting includes the discussion on the separation of assets from Russia and Kazakhstan and how these would be dealt with for shareholders in different jurisdictions affected by sanctions. This is a very important item for the agenda. If it were possible to split the assets in 2023 and form two companies it would be helpful. It may mean the owner having 24% holds Russian asset stock if the remaining 76% has more western shareholders than Russian stock holders. Of course the first discussion is the auditor replacement as they would be hugely important in working this all out.

I am not so sure about that as the Synairgen product had an ideal place in Sprinter to demonstrate its cost value to use. Theo's mummy gave me a call earlier today to say that she has run out of nappies as a result of a supply chain issue with all those clogged up lorries on the motorway to Dover down in Kent. Theo is wearing his last one and when we upset him, his tummy ends up filling the diaper up full rather quickly. To make things worse she has run out of those high grade 95 face masks for diaper changing and will not get another batch for a good month. So Theo's mummy has asked us all to be nice to her boy otherwise all the soft furnishings in her house will get spoiled. You enquired if I asked any questions outside of the Sprinter trial and the answer is no. I only pursued Sprinter protocol as it was the best use of a £2,000 or so treatment drug per patient where the result could be a normalised life expectancy. (For example 4 healthy years by giving a treatment equates to £500 a year in the health economics argument). The point to consider in other trials is whether the health economics still stack up.
