Have they got a period they can’t sell? Because they are getting a 110% premium for their company, payable through SVNS shares…. They could just sell the 2 billion shares for a 110% profit if there is no hold period.

Market cap is already £9m. Not the £5m many think. The takeover deal in December gave the founding company an extra 2 billions shares, you can see it on the GPL RNS.

So take into account the market cap is incorrect and is already £9m. Not saying it won’t rise higher, but the info is incorrect.

Volume was already likely to be high today, but after that RNS from Sure Ventures today could be special and Riverfont will be out.

I got this wrong, this is the real thing. Buying here is from institutional investors and this has got serious legs. The more I read up, this is one of those one if it was on the Nasdaq it would be worth round $500m. No need to ramp it, institutional investors will take this up to its rightful market cap. Still early days…

Given how big AI is right now on the markets, I don’t think history matters too much here right now. We’re entering a new age and this is the best AI investment (with its 17 AI investments) of the lot!

From today’s RNS, sounds like they need to do a placing:
