Reminds me of early GGP, it’s a chance for ordinary investors to become millionaires. These opportunities don’t come around often, but when they do you’ve got to take advantage. Delighted for all shareholders.
Anyone here looked at Mosman (msmn), they are about to sign a $7.5m joint venture in Australia that will give them a 25% free carry for their helium drill, which will take place next year. jV expected to be completed next week and they currently have a market cap of over just £1m.
But if we did a placing at a higher price with another institution, would they look for a quick offload and then we’d be stuck with an active seller. While the board may be more inclined to hold onto the shares until they see fairer value.
Hopefully should be officially confirmed soon and then we can see a 500% rise in the share price. The deal they’ve got is potentially one of the best I’ve seen from a minnow with a market cap of just over £1m. Do your research and realise if Helium one is still worth 500% more than this, you’ll realise how massively msmn are undervalued.
Recent rns confirmed they need short term funding and then a bigger amount for the reapplication.
Yes it doesn’t have the best track record as a company, but the potential JV they’ve got for EP 145 is a very good one. So they just need NT approval for Greenvale to take the lead and that unlocks a $7.5m deal? For a company currently valued at just over £1m that sounds an amazing deal for shareholders. Given the JV company is also Australian, can’t see much chance of this not happening. Confirmation will value this at least at £5m which is around 270% higher than the current market cap.
