so no news today then, farm out could be good for us long termers depending on how desparate PTR are to take a deal? but the more I read the Natlata offer the more I like it, ok they could have up to 30-40% of the company but dedt paid and still own 61 with money to drill?

Must admit I think the Natlata finance offer looks good, cant see why PTR board dismissed it straight off like they did??anyone have any views on it?

Have to agree with them on this one It wants any deal in relation to Licence 61, regarded as a prized PetroNeft asset, to be subject to the approval of shareholders.

Mr Korobov & Natlata !! sounds pretty ****ed of with the management of this company, and he sounds like a man who could make life difficult for the board of PTR, have to agree that I think I change of the board is due their performance has been pretty **** poor of late. I might take a gamble on him and I would vote for him, just my thought others might think the board are doing a good job?

You do wonder if Natlata would do a better job, have to say I've not been impressed with the management of this company since I got in,lots of talk and little action on the production front,shall have to wait and see but should all be over by the end of April one way or another!.

So some good news, but I take it from the RNS that it all has to happen by the 15th April? Or liceance 61 has to be sold? time to batten down the hatches and keep everything crossed and hope the farmout is what we are all hoping it to be.

Yea strange you say about the take over, I have thought why a large company lets say Gazprom don't just go for the take over?? well fingers crossed for some good news hopefully soon.

I take it from the last update Dec 4th this well is drilling for oil and not an injection well, Would be a nice xmas present if it does hit oil and they get a good flow rate.

If the tax break does apply to PTR then this means the value of the company should now be better as more money in the pocket allowing it to be spent on devilment of wells??? Anyone any news as to what's going on very quiet on any news???

Well if we don't get an update then we must be due the interim report soon, 30th of June as per the other years, so fingers crossed. Must admit I would have thought we would have had news on well 112 well presently shut-in for pressure build up testing ?
