Four trades today is pitiful for a company that is producing revenue and profit, has a guaranteed customer and price. It's about time Masterman got some proper PR to set this alight again.

It is about the income stream with SRON and we just have to wait for the market to recognise it properly. I picked this share because of low debt, guaranteed income and low risk environment. I think ECHO is different as there is no such certainty, just a load of punters hoping that James Parsons will do the same with ECHO as with SOU.

One 25,000 sale worth 1,100 and the SP drops 5% this morning.

I've said this before but by any fair standard SP calculation this is worth 13.25p as a minimum based on revenue and profit.

The website looks ahead as far as 2023 in forecasting.

If there is no divi, then the SP should be what you consider a fair buy out price to be. The SP here is far too low.

So we should see another production increase in next quarter from Bezzecca so that will help with sentiment. A shame that San Alberto is delayedcascthat would have added further to final quarter. Hopefully Masterman will announce a new project between now and end of the year to fill that void. There's plenty of ready to go gas fields in the Po Valley.

Masterman has spoken about 80% wellhead profit recently. So that is about €0.16 scm based on €0.21 revenue figure to Shell Italia. By July could be producing daily 35000 scm from Bezzecca and 12500 scm from Sillaro. Add 25000 for Sant Alberto by end of the year gives 72500 scm or €5.55m revenue and €4.44m profit. Tax credits in place also for a while. Relatively small debt of €400k. A company presentation on the website tells of raised output to an equivalent of 110000 scm by 2019 so extrapolate to €8.4m revenue and £6.7m profit. I have a simple SP valuation of 3x profit so end of year target of €0.13 and 18 month target of €0.20 so slightly about 12p and 18p in sterling.

Current debt is €420k.

Agree with leg ache. At current production of 35000 scms we have net profit of about £2.5m from a guaranteed buyer. That translates to a ridiculously low P/E ratio of about 3.5 when o&g producer sector average is 25. I can't find a more undervalued profit making share anywhere on a p/e criteria. Next figures in July will confirm bargain price and wake the market up. I value this share at 13.25p when we get 60000 scms with increased production of bezzeca and sillaro. Good news. I like the way the additional shares issued as part of the purchase are locked up for two years as the new acquisition should more than wash its face during that time. Broker now suggesting potential SP value of up to 44p. Always take with a pinch of salt but I like the way this company just quietly gets on with it and the SP quietly gains value too.
