If this were a UK type application to the Environment Agency or another relevant planning authority it would have been made clear to the applicant that more information was required before granting a permit. Waiting game. Deadline for Monreal to make an announcement is 8 June if they are to avoid being kicked off AIM. But the James Cox buy of 29% and his links to companies considering going public persuades me that there will be a high profile announcement at some point.
