The 2.9 was this mornings uncrossing trade so very strong from outset, small drop back and now picking up again. Poised as you say Kalan but feels like there is something going on and multiple opportunities for a good news RNS to drop over the next few weeks.

I tie up with one of the big boys would be massive on top of everything else imo. You never know. They just might pull it off

Opened well - 2.65 - 2.8 ............. chance it might pop depending on what's going on behind the scenes (large buy order imo)

Thanks for your update mcmac. I haven't been around so appreciate the summary. The above is correct and I assume by debt we re talking Riverfort debt facility is what I wanted to hear so if this is the case I'm happy for now.

Nice try Speedy but I don't think that info can be released other than through an RNS...what the deal is, ie terms and conditions would drive the SP for sure...Chance we may hear this tomorrow. If they're opening themselves up to questions they are going to get asked this. Chance it may drop tomorrow but I wouldn't count on it ! Good luck all. We will see

TC. can you explain why you are predicting a placement. We have 50M project finance
available and I reckon Kabwe counts as a project. What am I missing?

Hi Jonah. If that's the case I will be delighted. I'm just not taking for granted that the finance will get signed off from Riverfort for Kabwe. I m preparing myself for the worse but would be happy as if I'm wrong. The devil is always in the detail as they say. There's plenty of meat on this particular bone though so I'm not being negative. It's the uncertainty that needs to be addressed asap. Once it is we should be clear for lift off (bit rampy sounding - I must be feeling positive :)_

What we need is news on financing
Kabwe, if no dilution this will rerate.

Hard to imagine no dilution at all Speedy unless they approach it really slow. It's how much and whether it's worth the hit which i think everyone will be looking at. Hard to gage but the sp will do the talking when news finally transpires. They are making dosh now so hopefully in a stronger bargaining position. I hope someone has done something smart. I really do

What's really positive is that if a couple of million (nothing) shares traded can push the share price up 10% what's blockbuster news be it cumulative or one one big one (either please) going to do.

Or any News/Clues that this isn't going to get diluted to death to pay for Kabwe, which in my opinion has been weighing on the SP since outset.

There could be indicators on this front tomorrow, and anything better than expected (i'm not actually sure what market expectations are re funding kabwe)...Something postive alongside DCM news would be perfect.

Me too Kalan....Everything is progressing and even the price of Platinum looks like it's only going one way.

I'm pretty much convinced that although we have a lot of SP drivers looming that the market is waiting for a meaningful update on Kabwe and how it's going to be funded so the rest of the news will have little impact until they get this one out of the way....If a Kabwe RNS drops and it's favourable the SP will re-rte dramatically imo and then any further good news through the other projects online will add meaningful value.

That's how I see it. In other words get the Kabwe news out double quick and make it good ! :)

MM's just trying to create a market imo. They dropped it the other day and took it back up at the end.

If I wasn't so top heavy here I would definately be taking a punt on Platinum - Great risk/reward punt - A little downside possibly but a lot of potential for a huge upside !

If this continues it's going to really boost any imminent good (hopefully) news re DCM, Hernic Kabwe etc.

Could be coming together nicely if they get it right.
