Carlito - the Jan ‘21 RNS update on the FSP does not use the term ‘processed’ or ‘being processed’ in relation to moving from non-binding to binding. It did state ‘discussions regarding proceeding to binding proposals are continuing’
For all we know those discussions are still taking place....
