Crabby the RNS dated the 12 May 2021 no longer used the term non-binding offers. Instead it stated "the Company has now received several proposals including a proposal from a credible party for the potential acquisition of substantially all of Company's assets. The Board has decided to focus on this potential asset sale."

So what I'm sure we'd all like to know is where are the BOD in their discussions with this 'credible party'?

Happy to respond Optimist. Companies do sell assets and use the proceeds in a variety of ways. BP have sold assets over the last year (and more) to reduce their debt pile, Vodafone sold an asset (towers business) to create a new company and Tesco sold their Far East business.. Only Tesco of those three said they would return proceeds to shareholders via a special dividend (£5 Billion). EUA BOD have gone on record via an RNS stating that given they have received an offer from a credible party which could result in a significant dividend being paid to all shareholders.

Why would the BOD say this and then renege on this.

Suggest you read the RNS again as it did’t ‘allude’ to anything. It stated quite clearly that three plants would be in operation this year, with the first plant already in operation and the 2nd and the 3rd expected to commence production in this current quarter.
