Tigra - totally agree with your comments about today’s EGM and why they didn’t wait for the AGM. My point was that we don’t need to wait for an AGM to vote on any potential deal

From my perspective still more questions than answers and so the long wait continues!!

Tigra - if news on a deal or something requiring a further shareholder vote why not just call another EGM, they don’t need to wait for an AGM. The Covid-19 Act could have something to do with the June deadline, but of course I could be wrong.
