reading it, it looks like that is where most of our �5m went as the non defaulting parties have to pay for the defaulting parties share otherwise we would be put into the defaulting club with them

They reported a 100k buy from late Friday just this morning. It wasn't there until this morning as far as I know

Well I wouldn't say we have lost our money, we have just lost the ability to realise it by trading the shares. Your holding will still show on you stockbrokers account but with a nil value. I was and still am a long suffering holder of Irvine energy which was delisted , but still shows on my account. Hopefully they complete the rto and just relist unless the law states you cannot relist for a year after delisting, but I doubt it. I just hope while de-listed they keep the website update news wise to keep shareholders informed of whats happening.
