Its such an obvious lie that the CEO admitted to passing information to institutions - first off and as most on here will know, he would be in violation of market regulations as well as trashing his own reputation so even making the erroneous assumption that he did - he certainly would not admit it and definitely not to a dumbbell like you . Secondly he has a reputation and integrity which you are lacking.

Communicating with you on twitter is a waste of time as anyone who has ever tried to do it would know.

I'm actually not down Jim - I bought a lot of shares shortly after the 5p and 11p equity raises so my average is a little below the current SP and with dividends I have done ok.

Obviously well off the highs but I still have confidence in i3e's business and the CEO. If Oil & GAs prices recover I believe its possible we could at some point retest the highs. Did you see the slide on the wells in Clearwater - they pay out in just over half a year even at $72 (WTI) & AECO CAD 2.60 - greats asset and generally accepted as the best Oil Play in North America - many here will recall your blog comments on "Marginal Canadian Assets" - what a dumbbell you are !

Someone also latched onto your "leaky ship" comment (which you frequently peddle) and raised it during yesterdays podcast - I think the CEO did a good job of debunking your misinformation.

Majid following the mantra of buy low sell high - I fear a few PI's have been spooked and sold out and will either be out for good or be forced to buy in higher later on.

IMO nothing has changed with i3e from 6 months ago except low Oil prices, low sentiment and a dividend cut - all of which including the dividend have been overdone in my view.

Gauging by the small number of "recommends" your posts garner - it looks like not many people rate you or your posts. Do you actually manage to sell any subscriptions to your news letter ?

IMO prices explain everything - Oil is just over $70 which is below forecast but still high enough to drill profitable wells but remember gas is over 50% of production and reserves and has been at about 50% of forecast (strip price). Even now although it is trending up it is still at CAD 2.35 ($ 1.78) versus the CAD 4.50 when the budget was set.

Many US Gas Producers are cutting back on drilling rigs and their gas is selling at $2.69 - 50% higher than Canadian Gas !!!

So I don't think there's much wrong with the assets - just the prices.

GGG - there are obviously a few that share your view but imo you get too emotional and lack perspective when things take an unexpected turn. I don't like the switch from monthly to quarterly dividend but one could argue that the biggest error (in hindsight) is setting the dividend too high - you were the biggest cheerleader for this and indeed were asking for more.

The only con here Jim is you - like I said, you would have much more credibility if you posted under your own name.

Addressing the rumour about potential “massive” dilution - John Festival does not appear to be worried about I it. Also would he able to buy shares if there was a material event happening anytime soon?

Jim is referring to Liberator when there was a massive drop in SP the day before the RNS on the duster. I'm not sure I saw anything untoward with the Q1 update - the massive drop was after the RNS. The SP was drifting down prior but seemed consistent with general poor sentiment and concerns over the delay in dividend and Q1 update.

Q1 - So the reasons for the Dividend & Capex Cut have been explained well and I think understood, can you explain the reasons for moving away from a monthly dividend - this was innovative and well received by Investors - why cannot this be maintained and reviewed and set quarterly after financial ratio checks etc.

Q2 - SG&A has rocketed in recent years and despite a reduction in H2 2022 v H1 - its still sits in excess of double of many Canadian Peers on a % of revenue or per bbl basis. Do i3e plan to address this and how?

Q3 - There is a research piece from Goehring & Rozencwajg dated 22nd Nov 2022 titled "Why Wont Energy Companies Drill". Within the article it includes some maths behind Share buy backs - in short it argues that at current valuations and Oil prices - share buy backs are more accretive to NAV than drilling. Is i3e considering share buy backs ?

Q4 - There appeared to be some momentum a month or two back in monetizing / developing Serenity which seems to have slowed in recent weeks. Has the current oil price impacted progress and how would you now access i3e's chances of extracting any value from Serenity.

If anyone else is interested in hearing the answer to any of the above - would suggest you post in the question again - the more people ask a particular question - the more chance the company will respond although I must say they did appear to respond every question last time out.

One other question I have just thought about and will email in:

Q - What are the financial ratios's to be met when determining the level of the dividend.

Not sure that is the case but possibly indicates that PI's are standing up for their rights and letting the BOD know that they are not allowing the BOD to give other investors first option ahead of PI's.

I think its great and perhaps demonstrates that contrary to what some may say on this board - its not a waste of time to cast your vote !!!
